Pool area was amazing although no gym. Staff were helpful and room cleaning ladies were very professional . Happy endings if you ask quietly

No gym. Breakfast buffet needs bit more variety. To many Pakistani guys hanging about and being annoying

As I stayed in a front room on the 3rd floor it was quite noisey from there music from the bars but I also accept that all but one of these bars closed at 2am and I found that in line with the night life of Soi 7 and in whole acceptable and will probably next time request a room to the rear of the property.. But one of the bars next to the laundry across the road showed complete disrespect for the government mandated closing times on many occasions there was loud yelling, screaming and music coming from bar this to well after 7am.

clean, friendly staff and well maintained hotel although a bit dated. internal room was clean although got a bit warm. aircon works well and quiet. rooms loosely furnished in a marine style.

had small window which didn’t offer much natural light. nighttime being next to bars there was low frequency music being heard until early hours. nothing a pair of good ear plugs can fix. no deck to work on or any real storage options for cloths or suitcase storage rack.

everything was perfect from the minute i arrived the staff were very very helpful i had no problems at all i would recommend flipper house to all my friends its in a great location and everything is near by

I never thought about some of the things they do for you during your stay. They have pool and nice air conditioning. Room is clean and comfortable. It is close to all the activity below. The breakfast is okay. You won’t go hungry. They have a safe and have security. I like that they protect your property and privacy. They have strict guidelines for protecting you. They will even lock your bag safe and secure after checkout.

Hotel is located at Soi7 which is nearby to Pattaya Central Festival Shopping Mall. Walking distance to Pattaya Beach. Restaurants, Thai Massage Shop, Souvenir, Bags and Clothing shops dotted the main streets (Pattaya Sai Song) and Beach Road. Breakfast Buffet with Western and Local dishes served. Convenient to go anywhere as there are plenty of motorbike taxi, grab taxi, pickup taxi (Songteaw). Guests friendly hotel..
