The food was amazing I ordered room service every single day. The vibe was very relaxed, the view beautiful, overall clean, the staff very polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back if I ever passed through Pattaya again.

The balcony door got stuck quite often and even came off once but I managed to put it back in place. Like others have mentioned there's no elevator so going up the stairs can be challenging. There were also many small ant-like bugs on the balcony and in the room. The beach is always crowded and noisy at all hours so bring earplugs. The shower only got warm not hot.

The location is awesome for the pricing.

When breakfast is ordered the food comes out that way. Had to send food back. Ordered my eggs cooked all the way they came back very runny and slightly runny the 2nd time but could eat. Its like the cook has his own mind. Don't listen to the waitress when they order or the eggs ate already cooked standing by.

The beachside location was outstanding with the open air restaurant overlooking the ocean and the passing parade. The staff were really lovely and made every effort to meet our needs in a fully booked hotel. The restaurant meals and service were the highlight of our stay and we look forward to returning.

Our first room wasn't ideal but the manager upgraded us as soon as a room became available. Much appreciated.

Rooms with balcony very nice and the best selling point for this hotel. Its possible to get more for your money. Security good. very hard working attentitve staff.

Included breakfast very disappointing. Better value food else ware No tea or coffee facilities. Gaps around doors and frames. Could let mosquitoes in off corridor. Shower heads old. All in all place needs a little maintenance work doing.

Great location breakfast very good and staff very friendly and helpful in the bar you also had to use your key card to get access to the living area

The lighting in the room wasn't very good just two small table lamps and a small bulb above the mirror

Breakfast very adopted to different tastes. Location i perfect with only one road between hotel and beach. It is easy to take the frequent lorry taxis for 10 Bath to Pattaya or to Jomtien Complex.Some room have balkony and view towards the beach.

Maybe lack of elevator. Nothing more.

it’s the second time I’ve stayed there and it’s definitely my go to place to stay in Jomtien.

the only real knock on it is that the breakfast options could be more and it’s got the firm Thai mattresses. but with that said for the price it’s totally worth it, and it’s right off the beach how many complaints can you really have with a beach front hotel

Excellent hotel in Jomtient facing the sea. Hotel staffs were very professional, friendly and very courteous. Food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious. Highly recommended to those who want to stay near the beach and enjoy delicious food.

No elevators but that should not be a big problem since there are only 3 floors above the ground floor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the restaurant had good food options, close to the beach right across the road, it was a quiet area, and only a short baht bus ride to pattaya Beach and the big shopping centres.

There wasn't really anything to complain about. Nothing worth a bad review

All the hotel staff were great, especially the housekeeping service was exceptional.Excellent hotel location. Sitting on the balcony facing the beach was nice.

At breakfast for hotel guests, there is a choice of only 3 options. 1. rice soup 2. English breakfast (see photo) 3. fried rice with sausage (see photo). My stay lasted 22 nights, I didn't use more than half of the pre-paid breakfasts.
