great food , large rooms with balcony, very nice pool with lots of plants around.

The music is a bit intrusive in the pool restaurant area. not sure that it matches the clientelle either. Whilst all the momento statues are whimsical it would be nice if there were fewer as they are intrusive. ie. say move the cow, betty boop and the tiger and it would be better. even heaven forbid the hulk as well. i imagine that the owner likes them a lot but they are o.t.t.

Very laid back resort, good place to catch a breath. 7/11,Coffee shops, taxi areas, food stands close by. Stray dogs(only behind the movie theater),if around, not agressive. Travelling to central area or beaches is easy if you're willing to use taxis and baht buses. Hotel and pool area very clean and chill. No noises from traffic.

The food! Absolutely amazing. I have worked in top 5* London hotels, and the chef here could put many to shame! The steaks, Thai food, everything was perfectly cooked and presented. Tasted amazing! Truly wonderful! The staff from check in, to the bar and room cleaning always smiling, always happy and helpful. I will definitely stay at the momento again. Such a wonderful price for such a wonderful hotel. I felt so welcome. Never change! You are a credit to Pattaya! It’s in a quiet area, but easy to get a bike taxi to town, it has a few shops and restaurants nearby, but you cannot beat the restaurant inside anyway! A lovely place to stay. So, if you are looking for a place but cannot choose,, book momento! Please give my warmest regards to all the staff that made my stay so wonderful. ❤️❤️

Only 2 pillows! 🤣 and no kettle! But that was only little things I could think of!

Loved it and the staff Love the French lady (think she maybe the owner), and the lovely staff. They all made me feel welcome and at home especially checking in process was easy & being able to rent a bike was a good easy process. The food was amazing with lots of variety. Everyone is different so take this how u like it but I truely enjoyed my stay I booked it twice in 3 weeks I had to go back again at the end of my trip here. And the location is great as its centre to Pattaya & Jomtien. Thanks, Tarena

I stayed in the economy room with a great deal of only £10 a night so I wasn`t expecting too much, but I was thoroughly impressed! My room was clean & spacious with a fridge, wardrobe, safe & good AC, what else do you need? (also has a tv but I never used it) The pool was lovely with friendly staff serving great food at good prices, the 50 Baht daytime specials were delicious & fantastic value! The hotel is only 10 minutes in either direction from Tree Town & Jomtien beach (about 70 baht by Bolt Taxi or cheaper on motorbike taxi) so perfect, if like me you want to alternate between the 2. A lot of French clientele so if you speak French you will feel even more at home. I really enjoyed my 3 weeks here & will definitely return next year.

The bed was a bit hard but they usually are in Thailand & the plug socket was very loose so plug kept falling out but they were only minor irritations, I was still very, very happy with my room especially for the price.

As soon as you step in the room it will take you back to 80s. Furniture were so Old school. Little makeover and upgrade will make this place perfect. Otherwise everything was perfect. I felt welcome here. It has beautiful pool, poolside bar and restaurant. Most importantly all over the place were very clean.

-Driving way to parking was very narrow by resort's choice. It seems they have narrowed it by bunch of motorcycles and pot plants on purpose. I don't know why.. -Many construction materials were left unprotected outside side of the property along side with parking area. I guess some renovation were going on.

Large clean room with a comfortable bed, literally one of the most comfortable ones we have had in south east Asia. The COVID food menu is extremely cheap, western meals for as little as 59 baht, really nice as well. The swimming pool is nice and surprisingly deep for a hotel pool and they have a parrot which was pretty cool, the whole outdoor area is nice to chill in. It's a little out of the way from the busy areas of pattaya which is nice but next to one of the baht bus routes and you can still get grabs they just take a little longer to come We did worry about the 1000 baht deposit for the towels and linen but unlike some of the other reviews claim on here we go ours back with no hassle, just look after them I suppose which is reasonable

The drinks where a little expensive, like 60 bath for a coke but maybe this is to make up for the really good value food but your not forced to buy one anyway

It was very ok for the price. One of the cheapest rooms in Pattaya. 7-11 is nearby in walking distance, there are few laundry services across the street. And it is nearby the famous market called "Thep Pra Sit" weekend market (fri-sat-sun only) which you can go by the Song Taew. Pool is there but it will be closed before 4pm if i'm not mistaken. And the pool is rented out to a restaurant at night. AC works well. Comfy bed. They clean our rooms everyday.

Parking was a bit challenging. Washroom light is green.

Place is great! Might need a motorbike to get around. Daily cleaning and the restaurant is right there beside the pool. This was my second time staying at Momento and I'll probably be back someday.

As of right now there is daily construction at the property right next door and almost daily renovations on the resort property from 830 or 9am until 4 or 5 pm.... didn't bother me as I stay quiet busy while in Pattaya in the day but it can get loud.

We had a bit off problem with wrk but the hosts helped and gave us good service and upgraded my kids when their was wrk been done our side their rooms VERY Good A+++

I like this place good value for price and the pool is beautiful clean and the food great
