The room was amazing and exactly as photographed. Not brand new, however facilities were well maintained, and the sky pool with view was the best part of the stay. Loved also the large swimming pool (shared) and the breakfast selection. The hotel is located further away from the city centre in a quiet location for those who want a nature escape.

The beach at the hotel is not clean, especially when the sea-water level is low in the daytime.

Breakfast spread is fantastic. Many choices. The location is a bit far from the city but the tranquillity of the hotel is good.

I gave cleanliness amiss because I was bitten by bed bugs. If not I love the big bed.

The whole resort was stunning to look at well maintained grounds and areas. The staff very helpful and did try and help when we had some issues. The villa / suite we had was stunning but few issues with the pool and leafs and dirt from the trees

Food issues. Ants and other creatures in and around the food at breakfast. Ants in the bread that I selected and all the bread had to be removed. Staff did then cover this going forward and checking and cleaning throughout. The boiled eggs cooked by the chef at the egg station were never cooked correctly. Picked 5 eggs over 2 days and all 5 under cooked and not edable and had to be returned. Lunch pool menu good choice but unfortunately they do not state everything in the sandwich which when it arrived had pineapple in to which I am allergic to. I didn't raise this before hand as this was not stated in the sandwich like it does on the club sandwich.

A small cozy hotel with a good design and a lot of greenery. Great staff. A quiet place for relax.

Breakfast was OK..., unfortunately completely without creativity, every day the same, absolutely no variation. By the sea in a 5 star hotel, I would also expect a little more seafood and fish. So the food a little disappointing. At check out, the receptionist didnt say a word about whether we were satisfied. A very unfotrunate and dangerous choice - securing balconies with ropes! With 2 small children (1 and 4 years) we were constantly nervous thet they would not get to the balcony. Overall we were satisfied.

Breakfast was exceptional! They had many choices, both Asian and Western, and all were delicious. Service in the dining area was prompt and pleasant. All staff were wonderful, friendly, and responsive to questions. The pool was really nice - tranquil and great location with beach views. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the bathtub on the balcony. The bathroom was enormous and had wonderful lighting. The location is a bit far from downtown Pattaya, but the hotel has a free shuttle to two locations in Pattaya, which was highly convenient. The shuttle doesn't run after 8:30 PM, though, so plan to use the Bolt app to get back to the hotel if you are out later into the evening.

A very minor thing, but the music that was playing on the hotel loudspeakers got very annoying! It was a loop of a melody that started out as sounding soothing, but became an audio nuisance within a day or two of listening to it in all the common spaces of the hotel.

The hotel is truly stunning and positioned away from the hustle and bustle. It's a place where you can unquestionably find tranquility, if it weren't for the mosquitoes or sand fleas at the beach 😅. Regrettably, swimming in the sea isn't always possible due to frequent low tides, and the insects can be bothersome in the evenings. Thankfully, there's ample space in the swimming pool for everyone 😊. The staff was friendly, with the cleaning crew standing out. The shuttle service proved to be very beneficial for us. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and offers everything one could desire. I was particularly impressed by the children's facility. We really enjoyed our room with pool access, but it lacked a wardrobe. Unfortunately, there weren't many storage options. Thanks to the Navana team for a wonderful time!

Booked a room "Deluxe Pool Access Sea View" for a week. After arrival, our luggage were taken by bellhops to our room. At check-in, the front desk asked 7000THB for deposit. We arrived a bit early, but the room was done 2 hours before official time - which was great! The room itself has a great view and was well clean - but the room condition has to be reviewed - ceiling has to be redone, because of humidity. Everything else was at satisfactory level. There was also Netflix. Morning breakfast - THE best choice I've encountered. Cocktail prices are reasonable. Service is great. Hotel area is quiet, very chill at the pool. This was our first hotel experience in Thailand, Pattaya and we're very happy we picked this hotel.

Room cleanliness - on the fridge and next to wall had some soda markings. The sea view was filthy, trash was washed ashore.

The hotel is located at the heart of Pattaya and very easy to get around in Pattaya. The staff is very welcome and helpful. We requested for a room with privacy and got it as requested. The room is very clean and spacious. The view from the room is fantastic as well. Breakfast is awesome for Thai food selection. Tom Yum Kung with river prawn is superb. International food selection is limited especially with pastry but is good enough. Overall a very enjoyable stay for us for 2 nights.

Two complaints here is the pillow is a bit hard and electric outlets are somewhat loose in the room. Another thing is if you expect to dip yourself into the sea, don't expect here as the sea is in the central Pattaya which is quite dirty and not suitable for swimming.

Quite a lot of choices of the breakfast, even river prawns. Pork rib was taste. And breakfast period is long until 11 am. The pool is quite busy and noisy. We stayed at 4th floor, so we only hear the noise but not see the people there. Beach is peaceful and nice even though it's not suitable for swimming. Nice ocean view from room.

The pillow was too thin and too soft. If you put something on the beds on balcon would be perfect, it's too stiff and not comfortable to sit.

We stayed in one of the Pool Villas in August. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. It was clean and decently decorated. Could do with a sitting area inside the room where you can eat, otherwise it’s on the dressing table behind the bed. The room service was the same price as the restaurant, quite inexpensive, but the food was average.

The food at the breakfast buffet was standard, and the food from the al a carte menu was pretty average. The outdoor area in front of the pool in the villa was the only place to sit and eat but there was an insane amount of flies.
