Swimming pool , and location and near to beach

We booked that by booking.com And they give us on the top corner dark room far from main building etc. And no shampoo or soap in bathroom

Firstly, a wonderful location: opposite Central Marina, to the left is Terminal 21, to the right is the night market. Pleasant polite staff, we did not have a passport at the time of check-in, checked in by photo. The guy helped carry our bags to the room. We had connecting rooms, with a common door between the rooms, which is very convenient for a family of 4 people. The balcony overlooked the pool, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony. There is another pool with a water slide, open until 20.00, but the guard gave the children 5 minutes to ride from it. The breakfasts are good. There is a large Parking. Next time, this accommodation will be a priority for me.

Good size room with comfortable bed and balcony. Big bathroom with excellent shower. Located in North Pattaya but getting around no problem due to the frequent baht buses. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean and other guests were enjoying it.

Had a buffet breakfast on first morning but then it changed to a set breakfast for the remainder of my stay. Not an issue but I do prefer to choose what to eat.

The room is very spacious as we have big luggages and we can open it with no problem. The bed is comfy and toilet is clean as well with bidet. The pool is nice but we didn't try as we have a tour.

Overall it was a great experience, maybe just the socket provision for the room is insufficient. We brought a socket extension to charge our gadgets.

Location is good. Not far from beach road or 2nd road where you can catch the baht buses easily. Also close to some restaurants and terminal 21 shopping mall.

The beds were 2 single beds pushed together eventhough a double was requested. Plus the bed mattress (if any) was very hard and uncomfortable. Also the hot shower was not constant. Went cold during showers.

Breakfast fine. We had two connected rooms as we travelled as a family. The rooms were very nice . We liked the balcony overlooking the pool. You can use two pools at this hotel and my children really enjoyed them. Second time I have been at this hotel but it was under a different hotel name last time.

every one was very helpfull. the hotel still had work going on but it wasnt to bad. the rooms are superb. very bright. great location.

just the building work going on

I was surprised with the quality of the hotel. The room was clean. Well stocked with water bottles and coffee. The aircon worked very good. The bathroom was clean and supplied with all the necessities. Housekeeping and reception staff was always helpful and greeted with a smile.

No electric outlets near beds, only one available near TV.

The room with balcony view was large and spacious. The facilities were tidy and clean. The swimming pool was a good size and very clean. Only a short walk down to the beachside.

Maybe firmer pillows as an option.
