The location was in the heart of Central Pattaya on Soi Buhkaow.From checking in to checking out the staff were all friendly and helpful. There were 2 pools for relaxing around. Room had aircon and roof fan so choice of what you wanted to cool room down. Room cleaned everyday,bed made fresh towels,2 bottles of water provided.First choice of hotel when going back to Pattaya.

I liked everything for price in location can not fault it.

I ate outside of the Hotel, but many people who I spoke with said the Restaurant was of good quality of menu & food selection

MOST staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the cafe which has always been great

2 of the reception women were very sharp with their answers same as in our past visits no hood morning or thank you and they never think of smiling. It feels like that do not actually want to be there. However the rest of the reception staff were wonderful. Also my refrigerator would make a very loud bang noise and wake me up 3 or 4 times a night. however it did keep things nice and cold

Great location, great staff, rooms cleaned daily, AC worked well and the pool was great. Right in the heart of soi buakho but away from the noise. Will be using again in the future. There is nothing extravagant but good value for money.

Beds slightly uncomfortable but you get what you pay for.

Stayed at Sutus a few times,I like the security of boxes behind the front desk as apposed to room safe.Room cleaned everyday ,fresh towels everyday .Didn’t use the pool but very clean .Staff very helpful including bar staff.Location,excellent and will stay again.

I always stay at sutus Court, its perfect , central but quiet ,old but clean , rooms cleaned every day...

I ask every time to be given a room in 3 and looking down on the pool , this time I was in 503 which looked on to the pool so was disappointed, I come again 18th July and have requested to be in block 3 , they said they will try there best...

This is not my first time in this hotel. The location is exceptional: in Soi Buakao but completely quiet. The hotel is equipped with a large pool, jacuzzi, large and comfortable rooms with everything you need. A team that answered everything with a big smile. Great value for money and much more...

Don't change anything...

The hotel is a little older but rooms are a good size, the hotel has a lift which is great rooms are cleaned daily. The baht bus is available out front or they will organise a Taxi if you want. The staff are courteous and friendly. It is excellent value for money considering what you get plus the bonus of a good size pool. I will definitely stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others

The property is located on the main strip and is huge, rooms are massive, with a fridge freezer, rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the reception staff nothing is too much trouble for them.
