This is like 4star business hotel in larger cities. The room design, furniture, and overall are suitable for a lone traveller, couples or family. There is a smaller, affordable room for one person too. The location, front desk and breakfast services are impressive.

The toilet bowl was not properly cleaned. There was a blood stain in the bowl and the toilet seat was sticky. The room was not pristine clean like last time.

Hotel is at about 15 minutes walking from the train station. Breakfast was modest, but good enough. Room was ok, as long as you don't have one facing the road (those may be a bit noisy during the night, not sure - we got one and asked to be changed to the other side of the hotel, which was possible).

The tap for changing the temperature of the shower water did not do anything. It's very shiny gold in appearance, but does not work.

Really modern, clean and comfortable room. Good wifi and brilliant shower. Complimentary snacks and 7 up.

Breakfast doesn't really have anything decent for western tastes. Need to clear the window sills of pigeons and their droppings.

The location was great as I planned to stay next to the famous temple Pra Htat Shinarat. The room was nice and comfortable but the air condition was a bit noisy. Actually I can't complain the service, breakfast or coffee as you might know that it is very difficult for hotels to survive during this Covid 19 crisis. 2 or 3 rooms were occupied when we were there. But we will stay at this hotel next time we visit.

Well due to less people staying there I believed that maintenance was not properly done. It was difficult to adjust the shower to get the correct temperature. We did have some issue with the side lamp which was not working properly.

All of the wonderful temples and the river walk are within the day walking distance along the hotel. It’s located on a busy road but the soundproofing is excellent. Breakfast was varied and quite tasty.

Great modern hotel very close to attractions and station. Good breakfast, lots of amenities and toiletries. Wifi, AC and hot water all working fine. 3/4* in western standards

Just don't venture to the 6th floor 🙃

Excellent modern hotel. Soundproof rooms. Good breakfast.

Location is somewhat out of centre, but if travelling by car excellent.

New and clean. Location in very convenient.

Shower was very hot and couldn’t be adjusted. The sfaff said that they had to adjust on request and it happened to all rooms.

Breakfast are in thre form of la carte which the taste is very good ( Pad Kapraw). The hotel is close to main road and very close to Wat Phra si maha that ( 5 minute walking from hotel) Car park area is ok . Comfoetable bed.

Water from bathing area are flowing outside to the dry area. Wifi cannot connect to internet. Some light did not work.

the water hot water tap in the bathroom was broken. it could not be turned off so that I had to take a shower with a very hot water
