Location is convenient since it's a walk from the train station (and night markets). The staff were lovely, especially the doormen who took our luggage right as we entered. The lobby had good ambience and there's a doorway in there to the mall - Topland Plaza. The breakfast buffet was nice. There were only a few choices, but they were sufficient. The thai restaurant just outside the hotel had really good food too.

The room was a bit dusty, and the noise from the karaoke on the 4th floor can be heard a little bit from the 9th floor where we stayed (quiets down around 2am). If you're a light sleeper, this might bother you, so maybe it would be safe to request to be at a higher floor.

Good place and in the Center. Parking free and in the Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast rich and good. Evening with Liveband in the Bar. Thaimassage in the House was perfect. Come again.

Only one point showed up. It was the Karaokebar. You heard the bass of the Music still in the 12th floor. ( Musikbar was on the 4th floor. ) Maybe next time we choose the 16th floor. ;)

I enjoyed my stay at the topland because the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The rooms were very spacious. And I came to have a rest and a small holiday and that is exactly what I have . And the location was excellent to

This hotel was a nice. We had 5 nights there. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice too. There was an small shopping mall that you could enter directly from the hotel's lobby. Restaurant near the hotels lobby was nice as well.

The cleaning around the pool could have been better.

Good location. Short distance to the train station. Rooms very comfortable with great views. Breakfast was very good with good selection.

Staff could have been a little friendlier. Maybe a language thing. Wrongly charged for using minibar. Swimming pool could have been maintained a little better.

Wonderful old style lobby and restaurant where my wife and 3 sons had a good dinner. For the buffet breakfast - skip the eggs - ask for omelet. If you don't like creamer in your coffee bring your own UHT as they have no milk! Comfy beds and very helpful staff. Excellent location with shopping centre in building

Shopping centre doesn't open until 11am though - 10 am for supermarket but shops on street earlier. Make sure you insist on paying in Thai Baht as Topland have charged me in $AUD a few times costing another 10%

One of my favourite hotels in Thailand. Perfect if you come with car; park in the garage and walk straight in to the lobby. A bit old but reasonably well maintained. Very convenient with all you need under one roof; tops supermarket, restaurants, department store. Rooms old style but very nice and the view overlooking the surrounding plain is spectacular

I kind of like everything about it, except maybe the beds could be better ( I have a bad back, so I usually need to put some extra blankets on top to make it a bit softer.

during our trip until now this hotel had the best quality/price ratio. big rooms, everything you need is there and it’s clean. probably 500m away from the most important temple in own, or of the whole region. breakfast is normal, not super.

the direct surround the hotel is not very appealing

Spacious room, spotless clean, fantastic view towards Temple and river. Breakfast was good, the usual Thai dishes and eggs any way with endless coffee, fruits and little pastries. All staff very pleasant and helpful.Great Covid rules in place and everyone abided by them. Easy access on foot to Wat's and riverfront. Grand old hotel, but still a shining star.

Only issue was wifi was weak or non existent at times. Didnt bother us, but for some it could be an issue.

The hotel's central location was good for exploring the major tour attractions in the city like Wat Yai and the Royal Palace grounds. Being attached to a mall was also another positive factor if you wanted to do some shopping.

The hotel itself id very dated and is in a serious need of a refresh and product upgrade.
