I spent two weeks here while training at Sinbi Muay Thai nearby. The location is great, in a quiet residential area and quite near by car or scooter to Nai Han beach, which is beautiful. The only thing I would say is to make sure you know what type of room you are booking, as it is not very clear on Booking.com. I initially booked a double room, thinking it would be quite spacious from the photos I saw on Booking.com, but it wasn't the room shown in the photos and it was a bit too small considering the length of time I was staying. Fortunately I was able to move to a bigger room after a few days, and this one had a kitchen and balcony and was much more spacious. This isn't the fault of Duangjai, but I saw another couple discussing the same problem at reception as they also thought they were getting one of the larger rooms with kitchen but had instead booked a smaller double room. So just make sure when booking that you are getting the right type of room.

Stayed here while training muay Thai at Sinbi gym. Only 5 mins stroll away and about a minute on a scooter. Seen some reviews saying about the place being unclean and the rooms needing to be refurbished. I can confirm that this is not the case now. The hotel has clearly been renovated recently and while I was there more updates were happening still. One thing that was updated during my stay was the mattresses in the apartment rooms. This made my stay so much more pleasant. Very expensive luxury mattresses in all the bigger rooms now and they really are comfy 👍 Also the hotel is constantly being kept clean. My room was clean on arrival, cleaned every single day including Sunday and the hotel was undergoing a deep clean while I was there too. If it had become dirty at some point as some reviews say it really isn't that way now. Cheap bike rental Nice pool Nice and quiet Tim the manager was always happy to help.

Nothing to not like really. Food options might have been nice. If the hotel ever gets a full restaurant it'll only make the place better. Plenty of places near by though

The service was fantastic. Peach and her team were very helpful and really did their utter best to make my stay as good as possible. Moreover, if you have training at Sinbi Muay Thai, the location is ideal, my room was always fresh and clean at my return. In the main street you will find the best food (TANGMO’S restaurant) for a fair price.

There are some works going on, but the hotel excused itself for it.

Room overall was great. The AC worked very well and there was a good amount of space for myself. The daily cleaning was very good and the free water bottle that was provided was incredibly nice.

The bed had some lumps that were uncomfortable if you were on them.

Great place to stay. Close to Sinbi Muay Thai. The room is spacious, well lit and equipped, good wi-fi reception. Cleaned every day. Bikes for rent. Laundry service pickup from the hotel. Tim and the staff are very nice and will answer any Qs.

The Hotel is in a perfect position in Rawai, close to all amenities / Restaurants/ 7 Eleven and local Gyms. The staff are friendly and helpful and Tim is an excellent host who is happy to help with anything! We would stay again!

We liked everything about our stay no issues

Really cozy, great value for money, little spot in the middle of Rawai. The nearest beaches are a 10 minute motorbike ride, and all the needed amenities are even closer. The hotel pool is great for those lazy days or a quick dip. The staff is amazingly helpful and can assist everyone of your need!

Shower windows could have been slightly better, but I'm nit picking

The accomodation was perfect! The room was clean, cozy and the furniture is new. The stuff is super friendly and the took their time to explain everything. The residence is perfectly located, super close to the beach, bars, nature... I would defenetly recomended this accomodation to everyone. Tim and tims girlfriend, thank you for your hospitality I will come back for sure!

Very good in the hospitality department ! Room was always attended to for cleaning ! Very comfortable and large ! Would recommend this hotel to family and friends !
