for the price, you get the bare essentials. They cleaned the rooms well everyday and the staff are very nice and helpful. the water faucet was broken and they fixed it right away!

we had a standard room so no View. Overlooking the hotel balconies opposite which wasn’t ideal. Lots of mosquitoes in the room despite trying to keep all doors shut

first of all the owner joe is a great guy . he met us in the lobby with a smile and was friendly alot giving us info for anything needed i didnot have cach in baht currency when i reached but he confirmed the room and let me pay anytime i can .he was acting as a friend the view of mountain was amazing and he gave us choice to choose between 2 rooms which was kind of him the room was super clean and the stuff was always smiling and helpful 7 eleven supper market is 1 min walk from the hotel and also currecny exchange i will surely come again and recommend people to go there honestly i felt home thanks joe ... greeting from egypt

Very well located and the terrace rooms come with a beautiful mountain view and a jacuzzi with a mountain view. But the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. To reach the terrace rooms you have to walk up the stairs to the next floor. But you get exactly what you see in the pictures. The location is close to good eateries, massage parlours, nail salons and a 7-eleven is right around the corner. In order to reach Bangla road, you will need a tuktuk or a cab.

During our stay PEA was fixing something and the whole street didn’t have any electricity for 4 hours. Though the property is not at fault in this.

It exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The location was good, in a busy area, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The room was nice enough, clean. The receptionist didn't speak English so well but honestly, it was not an issue at all, she was super nice and helpful.

Staying on the balcony was a struggle because of the hot air coming from the AC on the wall but otherwise I don't remember any problems. It was a nice stay.

Had the most lovely view over the mountains, which I put as a request when booking and which they got back to me immediately with a yes. Was very clean, with toiletries topped up every day without fail. Nice staff and good location for quietness.

If you have a Mountain View, it comes with the roosters down below, so 6.15 wake up calls weren’t great. Massive lack of plug sockets, only found 2 in the entire room, one which had the tv plugged in to and one which had a lamp plugged in to, had to switch out lamp for phone charger and tv for kettle, was a bit annoying

Good nice hotel in Phangmaung Sai Kor , was clean , no mosquitos inside the room if the widows are kept closed and I got my refund back , reviews said otherwise , polite staff . Close to the beach otop market , big C . Seven eleven is three buildings away

If you’ll could start room service and lunch at the cafe/restaurant downstairs and add intercoms

Stayed here many times before, nothing too fancy but good value compared to nearby options. Walking distance to shopping/restaurants and central Patong. Decent shower, clean all around, room similar to pics on website. Good fast reliable 5g wifi. A few english tv channels.

Nothing bad

It’s a nice place to stay. The price is reasonable. Very clean, beautiful view of the mountains, spacious.

Occasionally it was very loud at night. From the first three floors you see something like a house for chickens and roosters. This rooster is always noisy. It’s actually fun, but when you are tired it’s quite annoying.
