- The staff was great and helpful - The swimming pool was clean - Breakfast was good though a bit boring - They changed my room when I told them I had booked a beach front bungalow, which is great. Location is perfect!!! First class view over the bay!

- The lady who seems to be the owner of the resort isn't very polite. Her staff is great and she should learn from them. - You sometimes have to wait quite a while before speaking to someone at reception because they're not always behind the desk, even from 9am to 5pm. - Shower pressure is weak and toilet flush didn't work in the 1st bungalow I stayed at. - I booked a double bed room and got a twin room.

- Spacious bungalow, with beautiful view. - Very friendly staff - nice swimming pool - motorbike rental - many nice restaurants at walking distance - Everything was very clean - nice breakfast with toast, eggs, sausage, ham, jam, butter, watermelon and small pieces of french toast + coffee/tea, water and a juice - we read in previous reviews about the rooms not having curtains for some windows, but our room did have them and was still very dark in the morning

- one minor improvement could be to have hand soap in the room - the hotel’s dogs were barking early in the morning. Our bungalow was right next to the dogs

Big, private beachfront bungalows in paradise. Incredible staff that wanted to ensure you enjoyed the stay. Nice pool. Older property but clean and cared for. Close to everything (good restaurants, coffee shops, scooter rentals, etc). Inexpensive, uncrowded (though fully booked) with all amenities as advertised. Big porches overlooking islands and pool areas to socialize. I will return. Two couples, two bungalows, two scooters, many new friends met. We all enjoyed.

The whole vibe was so cool and staff so devoted to guests that the small stuff didn't matter to me. If you demand the Four Seasons, this great property may not meet your expectations. If you want a romantic, happy place in paradise, I'd recommend.

The location is perfect to relax! It has really nice pool, with view. A really nice balcony just to relax and hear the nature/animals sounds while drinking coffee. It is near to some good restaurants. It is possible to book tours, or rent a scooter or schedule a taxi directly with the hotel staff. They provide with fresh water and coffee everyday and breakfast is included.

I didn't like much the sink, it was a bit uncomfortable to wash a face and teeth. There are a lot of mosquitos, but it is natural considering the location and weather. Since the room includes air conditioner and mosquito net, this isn't a big issue. The breakfast overall is good, but could have more variety, since being there for some days it becomes really repetitive.

We stayed in a beachfront deluxe bungalow. The view was stunning even though there was a road between us and the beach. The bungalow was spacious and well-equipped with good sized fridge and kettle. Nice terrace to sit out front. Nice and peaceful with only slight disturbance from the road at night as very few cars and motorbikes passing

Water pressure in the shower was a bit too low. The room has high windows all around which let in light so as soon as the sun comes up the room is bright. We felt like we didn't get enough sleep as we were wide awake by 6am.

Pool was beautiful to swim in overlooking the beach. Hotel is in a nice, quiet location right on the sea. The room was spotless on arrival. Although all the facilities (pool bar, bathroom etc) were very basic the resort provided ample accommodation for two nights of needed rest and relaxation. We even got our laundry done by the hotel! We also rented a scooter again from the hotel and toured the island which we loved.

The breakfast unfortunately did not meet our expectations, there was merely bread, watermelon and juice on a table; eggs and sausages were available on order. I'd also recommend researching when the best time to come to Koh Yao Noi is as during our stay the tide went out during the day and we weren't able to really swim in the sea.

The view from the balcony is amazing (ignoring the electric cables!) and the colours of the karsts change hourly/daily so easy to sit there for hours. The room is a good size, although perhaps a bit too much furniture but all functional with a fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The pool is a good size and also has lovely views. Staff are friendly and the room is cleaned when you want it and water and toilet paper provided every day. The breakfasts were very good so they must have up the game following previous reviews. You can rent bikes which you will need to see the island but some restaurants/bars walkable.

1. the beachfront bungalow was actually not facing the beach, but in the second row of bungalows (but it turned out better for us as there is a road between the front row of bungalows and the beach, second row was quiet). 2. extremely low pressure in the shower 3. there was a hole near the window in the bathroom so we had an uninvited guest (giant gecko) - for us it was no problem but some people may freak out ;) 4. good breakfast but a lot bit boring if you stay longer

Amazing location, beautiful views across the beach. The island itself is perfect. Staff helped me hire a bike which arrived in 30 minutes. Lovely family restaurant next door.

Staff were not always guaranteed to be around in reception for questions /help. Also, lots of dogs (which is fine as I love dogs), but could imagine this being off putting for anyone afraid of dogs (especially as one was quite vocal!)

We liked the location, the Service, feels welcome, the Rooms are very clean, Staff helpful.
