rooms were perfect! felt literally like a 4* hotel - unusual for Phuket when usually faced with chalets / dirty bedding bugs. this place was beyond clean - no bugs - very happy here!

lighting in hallways leading to rooms needs to be brighter. (rooms are finished but communal areas of hotel still are being completed and communal areas are very dark - relying on natural light only.)

-Location is great, 2 min walk to rattachai gym and titan. 3 min walk to singha gym. 30 sec walk to 7-11 -Staff is friendly -Rooms are quite big -You get a drying rack which is great for your fight gear -Shower is spacious, good warm water and the shampoo/soap smells like peppermint -There is some gym equipment on the ground floor -Nice swimming pool and with view on big Buddha of Phuket -Rooms have smart TV, great for chilling between training sessions -Bed is not super hard

-It is very noisy in the room, the fridge and airco make a lot of noise. -You also hear a lot of noise from the hallway and corridor, luckily most guests staying here are training too so theyre quiet. Sometimes there were families with children tho, so it was quite annoying when the children made noise in the hotel as there is a lot of echo. Would be nice if the hotel would instruct guest to be quiet in the hallways. -Could be a bit cleaner

I love this place. Extended my stay and will probably be here a few months total. The room is cute and has a balcony and microwave, walk-in shower, and the AC works well! No bugs or geckos inside either which I’ve heard is an issue at other places. It’s also next door to 7-11 which is convenient for getting water and snacks whenever. Lots of restaurants nearby too.

The only thing that would make it a little better is Netflix on TV, have to watch English movies on my laptop. Might try to get a cord to connect it to the TV.

Great location, great service, clean rooms (except for walls), quiet, good vibes, clean pool, good amount of parking, close to everything you could need, good little gym area and rec areas.

Looks like little bits of interior construction going on but no explanation about it, like random piles of tiles, strong smell of paint and fresh concrete, random handprints on walls, looks like there's been no builders clean, but the actual beds, bathrooms, kitchen etc are all very clean. Just a little explanation would be nice, was a bit scary having kids there with random building equipment laying around.

The location was great for fitness street, the rooms are very clean and modern and great value for money. I think if you stay longer then it also becomes more cost effective. Highly recommend if you're wanting to stay down fitness street.

Not much to be honest. The pool area only had a few sunbeds but it's not really a big issue at all. The inside is quite dark but it seems like they were doing some work whilst we were there, so it was a little noisy in the day time if you're trying to work.

Great accommodation in the street dedicated to sports at Phuket. Walking distance from Crossfit and Muaythai locations.

Our room was not ready at the check-in time. That can happen but it was too bad the only thing we got was a smile and that they could not do anything about it because the previous visitors checked out late.

Location was great. Beds were super comfy! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch! It was much appreciated after a day of travel!

This is being picky, but some coffee or tea packets would be nice to go with the room. If your window faces the front of the hotel, you could sometimes hear people fighting outside the hotel or on the road at night time.

It was near everything you will need and there’s a big mall behind the street. Comfort and cleanliness is spot on if you want to rest your body from the day’s training.

Construction on going and a bit noise from the outside but nonetheless it was very good!

Great pool that got full sunlight until about 4pm. Quiet rooms, very well cleaned by the staff everyday. Better WiFi connection than most places on the Soi. Little kitchenette in each room.

My room was above the main entrance where people could smoke, and it would seem into the room sometimes.
