Large, clean and comfortable room. Great location to visit BIG Budha and beaches if you have a motorbike. Staff helpful and friendly. Very welcoming.

Not the most comfortable mattress and pillows. Both need replacing.

At least there was a bed in which I could sleep. Last four of ten times I booked in booking.com I couldn't sleep in the place as they said they don't work with booking no more. No apologies from booking.com, no devolution of any money after paying ,no help with finding any other option. To be honest no customer service from booking.com AT ALL. Very bad way of treating customers using your service for 20 years. Sad to see such a big company full of SCAMS. I won't be using booking.com till they apologize and compensate their mistakes and lack of attention.

no mattress, only a box spring - very uncomfortable. Fortunately, my fiancé needed a bed topper. We bought one for our stay which helped alot. Our room was facing a main street so it was a noisy location. HOWEVER, We are going to return again. The price is good, the staff was outstanding. I recommend this hotel.

Very loud with all the traffic 24/7. Hardly any quiet hours. Especially all the scooters and motorcycles with the custom exhaust. Our room were very noisy.

The mattress was very hard and wasn't really comfortable. The location made it hard sometimes to order a taxi due to the continuous very big traffic (especially in peak hours).

Close to the pier, if you want to get there. Veryclose to a very good massage place (Ked) and scuba diver school (kiwi). Very far from Phuket city if you want to spend time there, you need a taxi, but there is a frequent traffic jam, so might take a lot of time, so depends on where you want to be, if location is good or bad

The AC was very loud, either you turn off for the night, or use ear plugs.

Cleaning is great

The place is great for families to stay but if they don't improve the internet they will lose customers. I recommend the place, everyone is friendly, helpful and great service especially the cleanliness and service.It was great, unfortunately the poor internet can ruin the excellent quality of the place

All the staff here were brilliant and helpful. Great communication skills and advice when asked. Issues are efficiently sorted. I had a leaky pipe in the bathroom, repaired within a few hours. Swimming pool was great. Location excellent for local bars, shops and restaurants. Not far from brilliant beaches - if you have transport. Rooms are neat, cleaned every day with fresh bedding. It felt safe and secure. Excellent value for money! I stayed 22 days.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was delightfully cool and with the perfect options for lying on a lounger in sun, patchy shade or full shade. The rooms I stayed it were both clean, very large and smart looking. The hotel was also immediately next to a place to get food and another for lovely drinks. It was very accessible for me to make sure I rested my injury.

Would benefit from having a lamp or some very gentle low lighting.

My son and I came to Phuket to train for a month at one of the Thaiboxing camps. The hotel is a 10 minute scooter ride to our gym (Sinbi) So the location is great, the rooms are super clean and have a big fridge and a small pantry on the balcony. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

At the price we paid there isn’t anything not to like really. Only thing is that there is a big pier with many boats on the nearest beach which is not very suitable for swimming, so for beach time it’s better to go to Kata beach on the west side of the Rawai.
