We were two people in a two bedroom suite so we had plenty of space. Good kitchen with all equipment needed for a short stay. Balcony in three directions.

Quite a lot of music from the restaurants and bars on the main street, which can be disturbing if you want to have a nice evening on the balcony and don't like rock music. And the AC in the room 4 pcs in total has passed the best before date and brought some noise as well. Little old house that hasn't been renovated in a while, but clean and tidy.

The check in and checkout process was tedious because credit card machine did not work. This through a 7 day period I used 3 cards at checkout before 1 was successful At one stage I was asked to pay with cash???

I loved the view — we had a “D” side, so it was 180-degree view to mountains and the beach and the city! Beautiful sunsets everyday! The room is nice, bright and very spacious with a lot of air, A/C are bit noisy but it didn’t bother us. We had 11 floor and music from the outside wasn’t too noisy, especially if you close the balcony door. The staff is very welcoming and nice! And perfect location it’s 5 mins walk from the hotel, there are two 7/11 and a lot of restaurants on the next street.

Maybe a little bit outdated furniture and definitely old TV — no smart tv, so there’s no use for it at all.

Location wise it was just opposite to Karon Beach and surrounded by 7/11 and local shops on one side and a market and bus stand on the other side. The property itself is huge and well maintained . Rooms were very spacious, kitchen had microwave, toaster, electric kettle , cuttlery and cooking utensils.....dining table was pretty good Loved the sea view and mountain view from all the balconies . The hall was huge and had a nice sofa set and tv arrangement. Bedrooms were tidy and spacious , beds and pillows were comfy. Bathrooms were clean . The pool is clean , maintained and open 24/7 Staff is friendly and helpful regarding any issue Great Place for families and big friends groups . Overall we loved our stay here...would visit again

The pathway to the hotel gets very dark at night, could definitely use more lights considering the walk from the entrance to the hotel is quite a bit.... It would be great if they had a few more receptionists and staff ...Apart from that all good

Our Most Beautiful Trip to Thailand: During the summer in July 2023, we spent our family vacation in Thailand for 24 days. Our warm and delightful stay was at Waterfront Suites (Karon Beach) in Phuket. We stayed there for a total of 11 days, starting our journey at Waterfront Suites, then continuing to Krabi, Kho Phi Phi, and returning for our second stay at Waterfront Suites. Next, we visited Kawthaung (Myanmar) via Ranong, concluding our intense journey with our favorite stay of the entire trip, back at Waterfront Suites for the third time. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by our friend, Mr. A (P'A), who welcomed us with a traditional foot-clapping greeting. My childrens adored him and passed by him several times, imitating the same greeting. Then, we met Miss PLOY with her angelic smile and Mr. James, who welcomed us with great charm. Our biggest fan was Mr. DUKE, the establishment's manager, whom we didn't even know initially. He remains modest while efficiently taking care of everything, providing valuable advice and making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We met wonderful people whose memory will stay with us. The hotel is accessible to all ages and offers clean, comfortable, spacious, and secure accommodations with a convenient kitchenette. The presence of a pool, tennis court, and game room delighted my childrens. The entire staff is attentive to your needs. Located right in front of the beach and close to all the shops, boutiques, and restaurants, we truly made the most of our well-deserved vacation. Our final days were made even more special by the kind gesture of Manager Mr. DUKE and Miss PLOY, who offered us the same rate for a larger apartment on the 12th floor, facing the ocean. We can guarantee that you will have a marvelous vacation.

The room was bigger than we thought it would be. There's no breakfast so we went to Best Western Ocean Beach Resort Karon every morning for breakfast

The apartment needs to be renovated. It's very dated. The furniture wasnt nice. The noise from the Karaoke from across the road was deafening and made sleeping very hard.

The staff and location are amazing. The pool is surrounded by trees that is making the place is even cozier and more comfortable. We booked a big room with 2 bedrooms and this room was just huge. A lot of space to hangout and chill. We had a kitchen, a dining area and a living room + 2 bedrooms. There were 4 of us in the room, so it was more than enough. Thanks to Kanon, everything was addressed in a timely manner and all issues were always resolved.

Nothing. Sometimes there were remount works but it is good as everything should be refreshed on time.

The 2 bedroom seaview apartment was amazing! It was clean and all amenities worked well. I want to say Thank You 🙏 to a sweet lady Supervisor by the name of Grong and the Manager Mr Duke for sorting out some issues for us. Because of you our stay was well above comfortable. I have to also mention their Security guards were awesome too they would salute us every time we walked by. We feel safe here. My family have been to Phuket many times and this Apartment is the best so far. We will be back again😊

The room was very spacious and equipped with all necessary things from TV and microwave to plates and cups. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. We loved the location: the hotel is close to the beach and Main Street where you can find places to eat and party.

As the hotel is very close to the Main Street (which becomes extremely lively till the late night) it was very noisy in the room at night.
