Very cute place and amazing staff. Always very kind and greeted with smiles. They went out of their way to make sure I boarded the right bus to the bus station! The hotel cat is also very adorable. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly large.

There was a gecko in my room when I first arrived, but I thought it was cute. It was on the wall and hid behind the air conditioner. On my last day there was a tiny cockaroach on my TV screen, which I wonder how it go in the room (I didn't have leftover food out or anything). Other than that, very cleanly, but I think there is a space in the room where critters can come in.

Even though I just overslept here one night, this accomodation had a very positive impression on me. It was clean, new, and the room has huge. The common areas were also representing a high level of quality.

Spacious, clean and centrally located in Ranong Town. Songtaews to local destinations leave directly in front of the hotel. 7-11, Lotus's & Watsons around the corner. A stonesthrow away from the Saturday evening walking street and rijght across the road of a big wet market with food options. Characteristic building and lobby area.

Nothing much to dislike. I always like it, when hotels allow to check inn/ get to the room before the official time. This wasnt the case here (we arrived around noon), but maybe the room was genuinely not ready yet.

Such a lovely hotel, very well placed, clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Great local bus service plus night market on Saturdays. Recommended early morning visit to the local hot springs. Total bonus of being able to park our car at the hotel.

Appeared to be very new. Room was large, very clean, comfortable. I could have been in 4 star hotel in US. location was across street from market and the local bus stop in front made for good window watching. 7-11 a minute away and some decent restaurants a 15 minute walk to the right. We also walked to the hot springs. Toast, coffee and tea in lobby in the morning. Rooms had teapot and fridge. Excellent stop for 2 nights in Ranong

Everything! The room and bathroom was extremely clean. Kettle and fridge in the room. Reception staff really lovely. Location is excellent for the market and also for Ranong pier to Ko Phayam. There is lots of food places outside the place so its convenient for dinner.

Only the mattress was a little hard but it was okay

There was a problem being sent to Pon’s Place for a transport to Chumphon. Never go with Pon’s Place. Totally unreliable. Details on their website review.

Ideal location set back into hill with temple above and old central market and shopping very close. Quiet at night with special early morning call from birds so nice.

The property is in an excellent location. The staff is very helpful and the facility is clean.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room worked best near the door, so although it was very nice to have, it wasn’t always convenient to use.
