Here are some of the key pros and cons I found during my stay: Pros: Location: The hotel is conveniently located on Sukhumvit Road, just a short walk from Passione Shopping Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. It's also close to Saeng Chan Beach, which is great for a quick getaway2. Cleanliness: The hotel is well-maintained, with clean rooms and common areas. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job of keeping everything spotless2. Service: The staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. They are attentive and always ready to help with any requests. Amenities: The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, pool, and business facilities. The pool area is particularly nice, with plenty of sun throughout the day. My nephew loved the pool and spent many hours each day enjoying it.

Cons: Noise: Due to its central location, there can be some noise from the surrounding area, especially during peak hours. This might be a consideration for light sleepers. We had a rear facing room overlooking the pool so noise wasnt an issue for us but may be for some in front Sukhumvit facing rooms. Price: While the hotel offers good value for its location and amenities, it can be a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. It's worth considering if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option. Overall, I would recommend the PLAAI Prime Hotel Rayong SHA Extra Plus Hotel for its convenient location, excellent service, and great amenities. -Toilet door is very weird, no lock, no smell proof -Car parking is limited -Sometimes guest numbers are larger than available breakfast, breakfast stock is pretty low. If they are running out of something, they win’t refill at all. Recommend having breakfast very early of don’t pay for it at all, not worth the price

The room is rather spacious and quite tidy. The hotel has just been renovated and is situated in an excellent position. Other services, such as a parking lot, lounge, and elevator, are satisfactory and adequate for surf customers.

The selection during breakfast is rather minimal. The service was only OK; they forgot to verify that we had requested a certain bed type when we made our reservation and instead offered us a different room.

The location is good close to shopping centres. Breakfast is good but not much choice.

Breakfast section should be more choice.

room was first class, super comfy bed. good pool with towels supplied , staff at reception and resteraunt where very friendly and helpful. close to amazing shopping centre.

Not close to beach. No bars or restaraunts near by. However, plenty of moterbike taxies at shopping centre

Perfectly clean and modern room, everything is perfect. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast sufficient. Hotel in walking distance to Laemthong Shopping Plaza.

newly fitted automatic toilet annoying and absolutely not my liking, waste of money.

The room was clean, super comfy bed, tidy, good value and good facilities but i don’t have time much to spend in the hotel and did not try a breakfast yet. I really enjoyed a bathtub and nice restroom. Also a location is very convenience.

Everything about the hotel was great. Excellent friendly and helpful staff and service. Great location and very nice facilities.

Not a big thing, but the breakfast had very limited selection for a person such as I from Canada. Whereas there was alot more selection of Asian foods. I can understand that.but would have been nice for more variety.

Clean everything,superb toilet facility spacious & friendly staff.

There wasnt a complaint to mention it was a treat for my girlfriends Birthday to meet family & share time with them all.
