This is our 4th stay at this hotel. The room people and the staff are all lovely, Reception staff very help full.

The breakfast. Have a big choice. But O.M.G It dose not matter what time you go down for breakfast the food is all ways COLD. Looks like it all been made at 4 Oclock in the morning and just left. Bacon COLD. Beans COLD. Sausage and Ham in look warm water. There is room for major improvement is this area. Who ever is in charge of the kitchen could do to go on a training cause and look at other hotels breakfasts , and see how well they are presented. Pity really as its good food spoilt, by kitchen staff not bothering to take care.

Near the night market and a large grocery store, many small shops and massage shops in the area. Large Asian breakfast selection, not a lot of other options. Large gym facility and Yoga, workout classes available.

More options other than Asian for breakfast would have been nice, we found most of the dishes too spicy or something we'd enjoy for dinner (sushi) not breakfast. Transportation needed to reach the beach areas, which was ok since we rented a scooter. I didn't know about the yoga classes and workout classes until the day before we left, I would have went had I known.

The location is in the heart of Rayong, near Lotus's, night market, fresh market, 7-11, mini bus terminal and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent! there are a lot of varieties of food to choose. What amazes me is they had sushi and kimchi who are one of my favorite food. The room is huge and the whole hotel is spotless! I would like to highlight the employees who were cleaning our room 6654. They are so efficient and did their work excellently. Also, there is a Filipino employee who works at the restaurant, his name is Mr. BUEN. He is so approachable, helpful and friendly. He brings charm to the guest who are enjoying their breakfast with his smile He entertained us and cater our needs as well as answered our queries. We had a comfortable 3 nights stay and would definitely choose this hotel again whenever we will visit Rayong.

It would be best if there is netflix, youtube or other english programs on the TV.

Everything O.K. room very clean and the staff take care of the room very good.

Ordered evening meal for the room. when it came it looked very nice, the boy who brought it very nice, and put everything on the tables. However after removing the cling film covering the food. It was on cold plates. The rice was cold because the plates where cold the food was not hot. Would stay at the hotel again, but not order any more food .

Breakfast buffet was great, a lots of choice of foods. sushi, noodles, congee, asian breakfast, and international breakfast.. the room was huge with king size bed. but the hotel is old, a bit tired. the service is good 4 out of 5. It's good value for the money. The location was great. It's next to the night market and fresh market. It's not far from central shopping mall.

It's need to update and make it look modern.

Good location, clean, quiet. Very friendly and most helpful staff.

The water in the shower was always cold during the whole stay. Hot water seems not to reach the 6th floor in time while one takes a shower. No big deal but not always comfortable. Though the breakfast buffet has a wide selection, unfortunately the pre-prepaired fried eggs and omlets are not kept warm enough. That‘s a pitty, cold eggs/omlets just don‘t taste nice.

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed and spacious well equipped room, fabulous breakfast excellent choices . Great pool & modern well equipped gym , friendly efficient check in , staff great Central location a short walk from bus station 1 Highly recommend Always look forward to staying here

Nothing to dislike

Good location. Massages, day and market nearby. Great breakfast options. It’s an older property but very clean. There is an incline getting to and out of the hotel. If you have struggling walking this may not be the best place for you.

Good style, big room, quality materials all over, great breakfadt - for all nations eats and vest.....two different chefs cooking only for you. Very olse to night marked. Any time I would choose this hotel again. Ve had pre reservation and payed. Never have I tried so fast and efficient checkin and checkout before. Price very fair.

Aircon a bit noicy at night. No big issue at all

It's an old but very well maintained. The location except locating top of a small hill, is very nice and convenient. Near two night markets and fresh food market. The breakfast was good but not great. The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very big and spacious.

The swimming pool water was not very clean
