The owners, a Scotsman and his lovely Thai wife, are super kind and helpful. The room is very nice and very clean. The bed and bedding are very good. The facilities are great. You can even cook in the room, but I do not recommend as it will fill the room with food smells. The water from the faucet and shower is powerful.

The shower room's partition wall is too narrow, the water always splash to the dry area. Also there are no shelves to place the soap and shampoo bottle in the shower room, so it's rather awkward to wash yourself.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean,right in the middle of all that you need. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, many restaurants, bars,cafes,park. The owner,Frankie and his wife,Nut are awesome hosts,very friendly and gave us detailed information about what there is around Bang Saray. The room that we stayed in, on the top floor of the buildin was well appointed.It had large windows on two sides which was great for catching the refreshing sea breeze.The bed was super comfortable and of high quality. The bathroom was as clean as new, with quality fixtures and the kitchenette was very handy with kettle, microwave,electric cooking hob,a good size fridge and all utensils. A beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price 10/10.

Just amazing. - amazing recommendations from the owner - amazing welcome from the owner - amazing location : 2mins to a non-crowded beach - amazing apartment (everything seems new, everything is clean and beautiful) The owner genuinely cares about you and about making you live a great moment. He invests himself everyday to this goal and I find it admirable I would just advice travelers that this is quite far from the center of Pattaya, which means not that touristic, cheaper food, more local but also that you need a car (taxi or rent) to get to the location

I got a good feeling about this property shortly after booking - I messaged the property to confirm that a dog was ok to stay and in the reply the owner said to call 30 minutes before arrival so they could put the aircon on in the room!! We were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our very spacious and well appointed room. Frankie, the owner, gave us a full briefing on the area, where to go, what to see - really helpful for a first visit to the area. we later found most of the beaches, bars, restaurants and cafes mentioned, so the place felt very familiar. it’s a great hotel, with hard working, wonderful owners who make sure your stay is perfect in every way. thank you so much.

The place is easy to find, the room is clean and comfortable to live. The most important thing is, u genuinely can not ask for a better host than Frankie who provided a wonderful living experience and being so considerate at all kind of thing and offering lots of wise advises. Will be back long as I am in Pattaya.😀

Excellent location (near the beach, 7/11, night market, to Nung Nooch and Ramayana - 10 minutes and 100 baht). The main gem of this apartment is its owner, Frankie. Special thanks to him for his help in resolving issues related to our trip!

The apartment is modern, immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. It is well equipped and there are complimentary on-site laundry facilities. Easy walking distance to most of the town centre, including markets, shops, ATMs, bars/restaurants, cafes, the beach, a park and temple. The hosts Mr Frankie and Nut are very friendly, helpful and a mine of useful information for what the area has to offer, places to visit and eat etc.

The location is perfect, close to the beach, perfectly clean, and the most important, the owner Franky is so so friendly and helpful to direct us to the right spots! I was with my wife and daughter and we felt like at home!! Don't change anything and see you soon!!

I highly recommend this place. The owner Frank is the best host you can possibly have. Extremely helpful and accomodating. The apartments are immaculately clean and the area is right in the centre of the village. The beach is just a short stroll away. Will be returning.
