Good value. Clean. Big mid size refrigerator. Covered parking with 24hrs security! Good friendly staff. Good location.

Minor issue. Even though wifi routers are very well located, somehow our room couldn't get wifi. Good thing that we had unlimited sim card. Other guests we talked to, they had no issues with the wifi. The staff offered to change the room closer to the router but it was no big deal since we had unlimited sim. Other than this, everything was good.

I recently stayed at a new and clean hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel was simple yet elegant, with a contemporary design that appealed to my taste. One of the perks was the availability of on-site parking, which made it convenient for guests with vehicles. The room was well-maintained and had a comfortable bed. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a sofa bed, which provided additional seating and sleeping options. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the bathroom was spotless. It was evident that the hotel staff took great care in ensuring a hygienic environment for their guests. Another notable aspect was the functioning air conditioning. The room was kept cool, which was a relief during the hot weather. I had no issues with the temperature control, and the air conditioner worked perfectly throughout my stay.

In terms of drawbacks, there was very little to criticize about this hotel. One aspect that could be improved upon was the language proficiency of the staff. Although they were friendly and always wore a smile, their ability to communicate in basic English was limited. This made it a bit challenging to convey certain requests or ask for assistance. However, their warm and accommodating nature made up for this minor inconvenience.

Nice new hotel not far from the Songkhla Universities. Reasonable spacious rooms with tile flooring. Good roomrate for what you get. Hotel reception staff is very nice and helpfull. Lots of eateries around the corner, frequentent by mostly students.

A bit far away from 'The Old Town' and down town Songkhla. But a Grab Taxi will solve this problem.

I just wish all best to the crew of this hotel. It's great value for staying on that place. Friday morning I should checked-up and go from next city to other place. Because of the taxi issues I can't do it. Finally this great ladies call to very different places and people to find new option. Finally their friend picked me up on local bus station and showed me good place for departing. It was extremely nice and absolutely unexpected. Thank you!

45mins from centre Hatyai. Anyhow, this is what i wanted which is to stay outside of the city. Parking very easy. Although late night, I'm still able to get parking where the security guard very helpful and guide us to park outside the parking lot area while it's occupied.

Perhaps hotel can include hot kettle in the room and coffee 3in1. The rest all very very very good.

The staff service very nice and the cleaness of the room also good. You have to request hair dryer at lobby.

The location. I suggest who is driving trip or you may rent a motor or car when traveling around there. Other are good.

The girls at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Now I have travelled a lot of Thailand, I appreciate they could be found on Grab. I also appreciated they had an English speaking movie channel.

They had a power cut on my first night there for 2hrs, but the whole block was without power.

Small little clean room with balcony, dining table with 2 chairs, working aircond, smells real good when checking in. Functioning water heater. Quite a secure building.

Limited parking spaces, and no in-room coffee/tea, however you can go to the lobby to get free coffee and hot water in the morning.

Noise from refregiator, I turned off, every night. A fu..ing Noise from a bird in the morning, ha ha

Superb location, amazing people and staff. So hospitable with free coffee at reception. Place is clean and best part is after a long day, the shower head equipped was strong flow and massage like experience.

Just limited parking at property but can lark outside neighbourhood vicinity and very safe.
