My expectations were low as the prices are low. However, when I saw our family room, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Two big rooms, very clean, 2 comfortable double beds, sofa, and some more furnishing. Parking very convenient with lots of spaces near the entrance. 7 Eleven right across the street.

Breakfast choices a bit limited. Bathroom a bit dated. No pool. But consider at what price: This was easily the best price/performance ratio we had on our whole trip.

The Lee hotel is a modern style hotel,the rooms are big,the bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean with hot water! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Thai breakfast was good bad I think you could add some fruits as well. Good value for money! The location is not the best one in surat Thani but the grab is about 80-90 baht to the centre or about 40-45 minutes walking distance

If you look at the neighbourhood this hotel makes a great impression. A bit hidden in the second row bit provides a very high standard and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is probably not a tourist location but the hotel is excellent, surprisingly modern. There are shops and streefood available on the main street.

Room was big and relatively clean. Breakfast offered decent choices. 6th floor view was nice as well.

Not a big choice of TV channels and most of them was flickering. I've noticed some ant-like but very small insects (group of 7), walking around bathroom door. Bathroom was clean. No safe/locket in the room.

Very clean and calm hotel. Good staff, The location is very good too. Close to Raja ferry station (2 minutes walk) and not so far from river side port (about 3 kilometers). Rooms are big, sheets are clean and bathroom is modern and clean too. Wifi os good. A very nice hotel. A good choice while you're visiting Surat Thani.

Breakfast included, very comprehensive, however, when you come after 9am as we, everything cold already Location excellent, on the mainroad, you can stop tuk tuk everywhere. Directly oppposite of Raja Ferry ticket office.

Normally, I expect water kettle and coffee cups in the room, but here no. Of course, the breakfast room has a perfect coffee machine. Our room had a balcony, but we could not use it, because not even some plastic chairs on.

Location, staff was incredible, the lady at the reception advised me where to find the cheapest transport. Clean

Breakfast was missing fruits and not too much options for vegetarians. Nothing nad but I felt like on a business trip, the hotel is missing some character.

The hotel is very clean and adhering to strict Covid protocols. The staff is friendly with a sufficient level of English. The room was clean and bright, with a mini fridge, kettle, and large screen TV. Aircon worked well to easily cool the room. The bed was comfortable; firm but not rock hard. Two breakfasts are included with the room rate. There are two choices: American set (eggs, toast, and meats) or Thai set (rice and stir fried chicken), and you choose the time for breakfast to be brought to the room. I was solo so I ate one and took away the other as a snack for my long ferry ride that morning. For me, the location was good as it was a short taxi ride to the shopping mall (less than 100 baht using Grab or Metered Taxi) and across the road from the ferry ticket office.

The staff is super friendly and helpful when it comes to help guests find the information they need. The rooms are nice, very clean and have almost everything one can need.

You can hear clearly when the guests from other rooms are speaking or watching tv, as well as people walkind in and out of the rooms very late.

Very clean. Lovely staff. Great breakfast.

Would have been nice to be closer to the night markets and river but Lee hotel is still close enough to walk. 40 minute walk. 5-10 minute taxi.
