Friendly and helpful staff, nice Arabian theme/deco, very good breakfast buffet choice of continental or Thai, clean, quiet, sufficient parking lot, excellent price/value

We had an additional bed for our son in the room which made the room a bit cramped. Location out of city centre. There was a power cutout for 1/2 hour in the night, without A/C room was soon 29 degrees, but no fault of the hotel.

The hotel in Udon Thani truly exceeds expectations. Selected based on glowing reviews, it's even more captivating in person than in photos. The room is the epitome of comfort, blending modern amenities with a welcoming ambiance. Housekeeping services are outstanding, ensuring a spotless and inviting environment. Every aspect of the stay reflects perfection, making it one of the best choices in Udon Thani for anyone seeking an exceptional lodging experience.

Breakfast good and big menu choice for evening meals. Oriental ambiance very different and interesting. Ladies enjoyed dressing up in costume. The special suites décor was fantastic and now in our bucket list for a special visit in future.

Missed genuine Arabic coffee. Somehow modern pop music was incongruous - some traditional Arabic music would be more atmospherically suitable.

The location was very good, close to the airport. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner was very good as well as the breakfast the next morning. The room was comfortable and clean.

I was a solo business traveler and stayed only a night. During the cold season, the plain floor was cold, better to have only a rope with a pair of in-room slipper in stead of getting two ropes but no slipper. Also, the shower hanger was broken. With that amount of charge, I would rather stay at the cooperate-chain hotel.

The hotel made a great representation of middle eastern vibe. Love the decor and varies details the owner put into the hotel. The staff of the hotel was excellent - polite and helpful. We had a great night in the hotel. It's located in the middle of the town which made it easy for us to shop around. We would definitely be coming back.

It's a pity the hotel wasn't very big. The building itself is quite small. I think there's too little restaurant options, we had to go out to find more food. Other than that it's a great hotel.

Dinner. Excellent salmon steak and first class lamb chops. Nicely presented from a chef who obviously knows what he is doing. We really went so that my partner could play dress up in the Indian costumes that they have there. She was over the moon and would happily have stayed another week!

No dislikes.

The staffs are friendly and hospitality. We forgot one shirt in the closet and the house keeper checked our room and found out so the staff brought that shirt back to us.

Location is great if you have a car and you know how to navigate Udon. It's 5 minutes drive from downtown, close to the airport, but off the main road so not noisy at all. Plenty of off-road parking and capable staff.

Would really like to have a couple of English language channels on TV, at least BBC or CNN news.

this hotel is amazing. i thought i was in morocco.....the attention to detail is mind blowing. the decor and design is truly something to be seen. the rooms are incredible and we totally enjoyed our stay. the restaurant was great and the food was so good. also great value for money.

this hotel does not serve alcohol...but its not a deal breaker for me. i still loved this hotel.
