Cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general. I stayed in room 303 for 18 nights without any issues whatsoever, except a blocked sink which was solved within the hour of reporting the issue. The Housekeeping staff were so friendly, and they all did an exceptional job in keeping my room clean when requested. I am very happy with Top Mansion (Top Hostel), and I will definitely book another room when I return to Thailand in March 2024.

Nothing major but the door to my room was a little noisy as it rubbed on the floor.

location is great , it’s the 2nd time I have stayed here - 2 star and it’s cheap so no complaints , the bed is comfortable the air con works well and the internet works well so that is all I needed , some work could be done in the bathroom but for the price paid no complaints , I will stay here again when staying in udon Thani

, it’s a 2 star hotel and it’s comfortable and safe , although the bathroom could do with a few things updating and didn’t even have a shower rail i will not complain because it’s so cheap it’s clean and it’s safe - the staff where nice also

The room was very clean (Room 303). Comfortable bed. Sufficient space in the wardrobe. The housekeeping staff were so helpful and friendly, and they did a great job at cleaning my whole room.

No complaints except for the door was a little noisy as it rubbed on the floor. Otherwise, my room was absolutely perfect. Wifi was a little weak but that didn't bother me as I spent most of my time out.

Good location near to many restaurants and bar and near to central Udon, also just opposite to seven eleven. Room is cleaned and bed is comfy, no back pain worrying. They provides a light breakfast, bread, with jam and coffee for free. When you check out, you can drop the luggage at the reception counter and come back to take later. The staffs are friendly and helpful as well.

We stayed for 2 nights. However, they didn’t provide toothbrush, toothpaste and hair dryer in the room.

for the price paid I can’t complain, the location is good the room was clean & the staff where pleasant , I have stayed around here many times before in different hotels and you can pay twice the price for a similar room, I would stay here again

it was better than I expected it’s cheap and 2* so it’s not going to be modern , but it’s clean and the bed was comfortable , no complaints

Adequate, good value room for a night or two...good location, close to mall, bar, station, restaurant etc You do get some noise from nightclub but not bad. Clean, friendly staff and coffee and toast was appreciated. Will return if I am stopping over again

Location, staff polite and helpful. No any problems with having quests. Good price.

No elevator, so if stay on the 4th floor - annoying to use of stairs. The soundproofing of the rooms is poor.

great location, central, close to major shops and local markets. on the doorstep of nightlife area. close to main bus station for local and regional travel. plenty of transportation choices due to your budget.

Everything about my stay at top Mansion was excellent I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone great location cleaning every day and helpful staff😀😀😀

Nothing everything was great

Great value for money budget accommodation. Very clean, easy parking and checkin/out. The free coffee and toast for breakfast is a nice bonus.The location near many bars and restaurants is excellent.

Not a problem for me, but our room was on the 4th floor with no lift. Very small bathroom.
