The staff was friendly, helpful and provided individual /one on one attention. In house keeping I commend Renese, Ria and Rebecca. IN the restaurant Ian and Melissa were exceptional. There were also others at reception whose names I cannot remember but they were all exceptional and tremendously helpful. GREAT JOB.

Leaving, our vacation ended too soon.

Your front desk staff, Jolessa was our first main contact at the hotel. She went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We rented three rooms in total and everyone in all the room really got a positive and pleasant response from her at all time. Please thank her for us. Christina who helped with room services was the same, Please thank her for us. All other staff were very nice, much thanks to your amazing staff. We will stay here again

I didn't see anything that I did not like. However not all room sizes were displayed on your website which would have been helpful for us when we booked the rooms.

The breakfast on Saturday 17th June was decent. The melogene choka, potatatos and poppy seed muffin were great! The pancake and waffle needed a bit more sugar. Their taste was bland.

I also felt as if breakfast should have been included in the hotel accommodation and not have to be paid for separately. With rooms facing the car park, it was not convenient to open the curtains to let in the natural sun light. As such, even in day time, the electric lights still had to be used.

The facilities, cleanliness, and friendly staff were the highlights. Also, the closeness to Movie Town was very convenient. I felt very safe and heard during my long stay. Wifi was excellent, I could work there without any problem.

Restaurant and market could offer more meal options (specially healthy/vegetarian ones). Swimming pool is OK.

The staff at the hotel are out standing, nothing is too much trouble for them and they cant do enough for you. Great staff make a fantastic experience

Breakfast was excellent, they have different menus everyday. Staff were very friendly & polite. Every staff I had met at the hotel were very nice . Hotel location is perfect. There are a lot of small shops & restaurants at a walking distance & even a movie theatre.

I loved the location as it was close to shopping and eating out. It’s a beautifully kept property. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back in the future.

Breakfast should definitely been included. For three of us it was not cost effective to pay $30 every day. We never ate breakfast there but instead ordered out from nearby restaurants. Please consider adding breakfast as part of the stay and not an extra.

The environment is safe, very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The food top-notch and even the cakes best I ever had. The staff very friendly. The accommodations were immaculate. I recommend courtyard to everyone you feel like you're in paradise.

Airconditioners are loud. Sound proofing needs to be improved, can hear people in crooms talking when walking down hallway, sometimes can hear TV and music playing in rooms next door (even tho the volume was probably withib normal range). Pool is just a little too short for laps but garden is comfortable. Gym is well maintained and equipped but little room even 1 person to stretch or do yoga properly.

Absolutely exceptional service!! From checkin, to breakfast, to housekeeping, to checkout. The establishment made me feel at home and very welcoming. Walking distance to Movietowne and there's also a PCR testing drive thru located next to the hotel. Parking is free and there's a security guard on watch. I've read in the reviews that you can hear people in their rooms, but I didn't hear anybody 🤷🏿‍♀️ The ambiance was phenomenal. I will be returning 🤗
