The staff were amazing from booking tours, transportation and keeping us informed. They made recommendations and followed up to make sure it met or exceeded our expectations. Sheena on Reception was a star and made our stay exceptional! The owner Ms. Gloria was resourceful in helping us book tickets. A great team!
Eating at the restaurant every day started to wear on us so we went off site to explore local flavours. We liked having meals included but we would have liked more local options plus a longer dining time for breakfast for late risers!

Infinity pool amazing very clean we had a sea view room which was lovely staff very friendly rooms clean our cleaner cleaned thoroughly every morning varied menu There was a lot of bamboo and greener amazingly we saw iguanas just a few feet from our balcony if you into bird watching this was amazing.
Had a lovely private beach unfortunately the problem with the brown moss prevented us using it not the hotels fault think it is a problem with global warming

The room was great and well kept the only thing was wrong on our room 52 there was no hot water in the bathroom shower and just a suggestion a little microwave would have been nice, but in all it was great.

The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are big and nicely furnished.
We really enjoyed our stay so the following wouldn’t put us off from returning but would enhance the stay. New shower heads are required. Beach bar toilets and bar area needs attention.

Treat for mosquitoes! Also, either offer all-inclusive or don’t, boarding packages that inch up the tab with each drink or dish isn’t cool.
