Very comfortable beds, extremely clean and smart hotel with free secure off-street parking. Good wifi in the room. Welcome basket of fruit was nice. Decent breakfast selection.

The restaurant is poor value, not great food but high prices. The hotel room was excellent but there are far better eating options within a few minutes walk.

Great location. This is a 5-star hotel and you can see why. The service was exceptional. They have a pool, spa and restaurant. Room is very spacious. Great double bed. Breakfast is great as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The two night I stayed, they had photoshoots, which was very off putting. I felt I couldn’t relax when they were in the lobby. I know why they did it, was to make money. But, as a guest, it’s definitely not comfortable. Sorry, I just found it not great. If I was told prior, that this was happening, I could have made a decision and not booked.

This is a gorgeous hotel, a modern recreation of an old fort, as charming on the inside as it is stunning on the outside. The bedroom was supremely comfortable as well as decorated with quality materials such as marble in the entrance, woods in the bathroom and elegant wooden bedroom furniture, somewhat traditional yet highly functional. The internet is fast, the laundry service offers same day return, the room is always impeccably cleaned. In the restaurant everything is top notch, and all the staff was extremely kind and seemed happy to bring food even though I was often the only guest having breakfast or lunch, this being the month of Ramadan. The more I visit Tunisia the more I love it, my Tunisian friends say this is the best hotel in Sfax and I can see why!

There is nothing not to like.

The facilities of this hotel is very good, it has lift and sizeable swimming, and a very good restaurant which high quality food. The included breakfast is of very high quality, we also have dinner in the restaurant, the food and services are good with reasonable price.

The street the hotel located is a bit not in line with the hotel class.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The pool was very good, the restaurants were excelent and the staff was very friendly. In the hotel all is very clean. It is near some institutes from the university. Good restaurants in the neiborhood.

We had a special welcome, with a delicious drink. The fruit basket found in the room was impressive. Very tasty breakfast. Very good "a la carte" restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the cake I received as a surprise for my birthday was remarkable. Thank you very much!

I really enjoyed the stay. It was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and confortable and very well equipped. I also enjoyed the breakfast so much.

The help desk “ staff” was so rude during the checkout. He needs to be more professional .he needs to improve the communication skills by listing to the customer and to be more polite.

Clean, friendly reception welcoming on arrival, has all the amenities and essentials are provided in the room.. a fab hammam and pool. The hotel food was deliciously amazing, the location is great, close by cafes, restaurants mini markets etc etc Having been in Tunis for a long while and stayed in various hotels I would say this is one of the best, with a touch of traditional class, so much so I am extending my stay!

5 years since my last visit there and I found same level of service , cleanliness and staff friendly as always, from the parking guard to the front desk and breakfast ( restaurant ) employees, they are just wonderful people
