Very good breakfast and nice service. Location is good near of center. Facilities is great.

Poor internet connection in our room, but not outside. Fridge don't work. Window is through on street and is too much noise.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. great staff! extremely helpful, spacious clean rooms, location is very central, 5 min walk to alacati center. Highly recommend

Lovely place to stay, and the staff is humble. Liked the breakfast too.

We strongly believe that we were not given the room that we booked. Also its a bit far from the old town so that might be an issue for some people.

Altough it is not in the center of alacati, cadde75 is situated very nicely to relax and enjoy life. I liked the pool and the room. The employees did everything to make our stay memorable. Thank you and see you again in alacati

The pool area and the bar is very nice. Good drinks... receptonists all of them very friendy and helpfull. We had a great time there. Breakfast was so delicious

Good location and easy parking if you drive, smiling personnel with positive attitude, tastefully decorated nice and big pool garden

Broken shower head causing huge leak and very low water pressure, blocked shower drainage causing flood everytime we took shower, poor and boring breakfast (no hot/cold meat product was served at all, leftover white cheese was served with yellowish sides/edges, food hygene was suspicious due to re-serving leftover jams, honey, olives etc. - smaller portions should be served to guests from a buffet and leftover food should be discarded with minimum waste. With their current system, I had the feeling that i was eating leftover jams from other guests, unless the hotel management wastes huge amounts of jams/honey/olives every day which is very unlikely), generally poor/no customer service (although the personnel tries to help you if you reach out to them, it is not practicable for guests to keep calling the hotel personnel and asking for basic stuff), lack of personnel at front desk (you need to call their mobile number if you need them), lack of security due to lack of personnel at the front desk and room keys being left in an exposed bowl (any stranger can easily walk into hotel, take your key from the bowl, go to your room and steal your belongings), lack of personnel during breakfasts (you need to leave your table and walk to the kitchen if you need bread/tea/water etc), lack of housekeeping (it took 3 days to get our balcony cleaned despite repeated direct verbal requests to the personnel at front desk and the personnel taking notes everytime we asked), generally poor housekeeping practice (in addition to the 3 days wait for balcony cleaning, on another occasion, no room cleaning was done despite personal verbal request to the front desk and again the personnel taking a note.

nothing. we did not get the twin room we booked and got a fold up bed instead. management did nothing to right this wrong.

Rates changed without our knowledge. Neither management nor Booking.com would take responsibility and they did not want to budge for any goodwill despite our booking for 4 rooms.

noisy- people partying till 1 am. management unfriendly. got charged a rate that was a mistake but they were unwilling to provide any goodwill despite the fact that I booked 4 rooms.
