our kids loved the pool and water slides. my family loved the variety of food. family suite was fantastic. wifi access great. awesome range of facilities. honestly loved it.

we felt uncomfortable by the hotel’s poor sustainability practices: water only available from single use plastic cartons. no refillable bottles available or drink refill stations. the facilities while great were only available for limited hours - we found this really annoying. for example - gym closes at 6:30pm. spa closes at 6pm. we spent most of the day outdoors & so missed using these facilities in the evening. dinner starts at 7pm. this is way too late for families with young kids whose children go to bed by 8pm. earliest dinner start from 6pm would have been nice.

Breakfast didn’t like. Don’t put much expectations on kids club. Beach at the hotel territory has small area to swim because of the rocks.

Food - it would be better to have less variety, but tastier

very close to the beach , and we had a family room with sea view and it was amazing.

the food is very repeatative and not very good.. last day of our stay the dinner was good. kids world room is old , kids got bored .. we didn't get towel cards at check in and when we asked for them later they said the spa is closed and you can't get towels.. we were heading to the beach at that time..

I loved everything about this hotel. Food, animation team, rooms, everything was great. Staff and specially Younus were very helpful and nice. Younus introduced us to great expericences we could have is Alanya and this made our trip even more fun.

Pool with not enough sun lounges , and stupid people trying to be smart, leaving their towels "reserving" it, so there's never any available to use but most of them empty with towel Food was not named, no allergies or ingredients marked, so if you vegetarian or gluten free you won't know.what to eat

Room was fabulous - spacious, clean, great views, massive hot tub Staff were extremely friendly and helpful Check in and out was fast and efficient

The lifts - one of them was constantly out of order, long wait times The food - the food was very ordinary - hot food in particular was dried out and overcooked Some of the cocktails were very poorly made

Room , hotel and location

The dishes were repeated and were still cooked in the same way, only they changed the meat. If this is a 5* hotel, I expected shrimps or beef steaks, or typical Turkish dishes such as kebabs, shashlik, etc., at least once per stay. Breakfast would deserve bacon or sausages. I know Turks can't eat the pork, but 90% of the guests were Europeans and we can and we demand it, so think about it 🤌 But the opposite was true, it was generally weak. The service was not very friendly, it almost felt like they were angry when I went to the bar. The mistake of a little smile and politeness. Courtesy was given there only to Russian clients. It is a big disappointment that other nationalities were not as honored by the hotel as Russians. Few understood English, but the Russian language was like their native language for them. I didn't like it. The program was boring and not every day, I also expected foam party in the pool, because that's how it was presented in the hotel's promo video, but it's all just fiction. The air conditioning was not turned on everywhere, e.g. in the night bar in the basement it was as hot as in a sauna and you couldn't even drink because you were sweating in a moment. Simply, a 5* hotel should look a little different. I have traveled to many countries, so I can compare what is standard and what is not.

All-inclusive concept was not really all-uncle at all. outside the meal times the snacks bar was terrible. Sunday everything was closed yet we were charged the same rate as the busy Saturday!
