This hotel has the perfect location close to everything in the center, the staff is nice, the cleaning is very good and the apartment we had was spatious. The bathroom was super nice and i think the shower was the best I've had in Alanya, big, good water pressure and always hot water. WIFI was excellent on the 1st floor where we stayed.

There was not enough lights in any of the rooms. There were no lights next to the beds, only one light ficture in the ceiling and no light above the mirror in the bathroom. The furniture on the balcony was broken and very uncomfortable.

The room was spacious, clean, with a good view and adequate facilities - a mini kitchen with a fridge and a kettle were very welcomed. The bathroom was clean, the wifi worked fine. Since staying only for a few days and in cold weather we didn't use the pool, but overall the impression of the facilities outside the room was positive.

The amount of soap and shampoo was inadequate even for a couple of days. We were supposed to pay extra for an air conditioned room even though the air conditioner was present in our room (we didn't take this option, though - there were blankets in the room, so we didn't feel cold enough to bother).

Perfect location to shops, beach, restaurants! Buss goes in front of to Alanyum Mall, Cleopatra beach side. Walking distance to childrens parks. Grocery shop and perfect cafeteria/restaurant downstairs. We had appartment with kitchen, livingroom and bedroom. Children slept in livingroom, perfect to familys with seperate rooms! Saw mountains from balkony, kitchen was okay (not too many eqpments like no fryingpan, coffee machine. But waterboiler and frigde was good). Rooma worn out but didnt matter to us. Solid 8/10 to this hotel :)

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Everything went very well, just like the first time. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff as always smiling and helpful. The pool was just renovated and clean. The room was equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Last year, I wrote a review about the weak WI-FI wave, which was taken into account and removed. The WI-FI signal was very good throughout the Hotel area. I value the fact that the location of the place is close to the city center as an additional advantage.

Almost everything was great.

I liked that the location of the hotel was really good, it was close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, the beach. Also, i really liked it had a pool downstairs. Plus the AC was working really well.

The sheets and the towels have a specific weird smell which we didn’t enjoy. Overall the building seems a bit old.

The bed was comfortable, the swimming pool was always clean and the water temperature is always good, the breakfast was tasty, it's worth to have it. The staff is always helpful and the location is perfect, shops and restaurants everywhere around, the beaches 🏖️ are 10-15 minutes walk away.

room was very cold, we used airconditioner and have to pay additionally 75 liras for it per night. There is no airconditioner in the kitchen, so it is cold everytime there. wi-fi connection in the room is not good. if you are going to use kitchen in the apartment, there is not enough tableware for a family.

Let me give you a brief information about the hotel: 1. the staff is very friendly and helpful, they help in everything they can; 2. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, close to all attractions (cable car, Dim River, beach, viewing terrace, Alanium shopping center, etc.) and markets; 3. Hotel rooms are as pictured, clean and equipped with everything you need (electric kettle, stove and various utensils); 4. The room is cleaned almost every day and pastels are changed every 3 days; 5. There is a good swimming pool and hotel restaurant nearby, the pool is cleaned every day.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and the Wi-Fi signal here was very weak. If a wave amplifier is placed on the floors, this problem will probably disappear :-)

The staff who work in the hotel are very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean, and cozy.. it’s a really good area of the city, you have everything what you need around. Absolutely safe. Definitely worth the money you pay.

Breakfast is monotonous. But the lady who prepare it and the man who serve it make you forget about the bad side. What I was really upset about is the noise level. When in your room you can hear people sneezing and talking from far away even with tv on. Also people slamming the doors during the night made me awake several times. Maybe hotel could improve and put door stoppers so at least it would remove half of the noise.
