The location of the Ozcan hotel is very excellent, 1-2 min walk to Kleopatra beach. The breakfast was very good nd healthy. The dinner for 5 euro is very good.

I noticed that hotel do not supply clean water in the room, and in the evening also they do not supply water. Every time I have to ask for tea. One thing noticed that tea caps and glasses do not washed and rinsed in dish washing machine carefully. Since I noticed that, I went to buy a cap for me and water in the nearest shop. I used to take my cap in the breakfast and in the dinner. Recommend to clearly rinse and wash dishes in washing machine.

I was in hollydays with my friend for 20 days , we chose this Hotel because of the location. This hotel is unberlievable great . It's clean, friendly personal, secure . I would write only hight- level recomendations. Cleaning was daily , towels were daily changed. Markets, busses and seaside are nearly by. Next year, i would be back here again :)

Good hotel for the price and would say definitely better than the 2 stars it has. Staff helpful though language barrier causes some confusion. Air con best I've seen , modern and effective.

Pool in the shade all day. Breakfast could be improved with more options ie cereals and a toaster.

Hotel is 2 minutes to walk slow from the Sea and amazing beach and this is invaluable then you want to relax; good breakfast, swimming pool is very nice; near many places to eat; city bus stop is 1 min to go, very easy to reach everything you need in Alanya, and the rooms on booking are cheep, this is also very good argument to stay at Ozcan Hotel, we will recommend it to my friends, thanks for all)

THE CLEANER SHOULD BE FIRED THATS ALL I CAN SAY ABOUT HERE THEY ALL DONT LIKE HER AT ALL ALL GUESTS COMPLAINING ABOUT HERE AND SHE DONT EVEN CLEAN GOOD STAYED THEERE FOR TWO MONTHS BUT THE CLEANER MAN STUPID LADY I SWEAR

The hotel is very nice. I had very good room. People are nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food. Hotel is very close to the beach. I will come for sure :D

The location, very close to the sea, friendly staff and big cheer up for the ones that cleaned the room!

Not every staff member was that cheerful, helpful but very pragmatic.

Large and comfortable room and shower, great room service, clean, close to the beach and supermarket.

Very close to mosque, if you are sensitive to noise, it can disturb sleep.

The property was near to the beach and it is centrally located. You can go to the beach directly from the property by foot. Our check in time should be like 1pm but they allowed us to check in at 0900 in the morning.
