The hotel location is 25 mins walking distance to Damlatas and Cleopatra beaches, around 15-20 mins to the downtown. The place would suit to people who prefers a bit quiet location, but keep in mind there is a busy hotel close by which might be a bit loud time to time, but a room soundproof is good. The kitchen has a fridge and electric stove, a couple of washing machines are available at hotel yard area. The room was clean and staff performs a good job. A couple of minor technical issues I mentioned to manager was fixed within a day which was great. A market "Sok" is 5 mins away, and "Migros" is like 10 mins to walk, there are few cafes and small local markets just around the corner. Emre, manager, is doing a great job and you can ask him for any assistance or advice you might need during your stay, he will try to help you. very good hotel and apartments location is a bit far from the beach but the area is excellent with lots of good local restaurants and there are 2 fantastic fish and vegetable markets near by. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was good with balcony we had sea view and the kitchen facility was everything we needed. The price was also very good for the time we stayed we will definitely be back :)

The only slight problem we had was with the wifi. It was OK some of the time but at peak times we couldn't get internet at all. If this was fixed i would give the hotel top marks. Its about 15 minutes walk to the beach which was fine with us as we enjoyed walking through the local markets and restaurants

The hotel was cheap, I didn't think I would get such a good service for this price. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. The location was close to the center and the sea, we could reach everything. The hotel was suitable for families, young people and middle-aged people alike. The hotel was quiet. The hotel is not big but has so many things to offer. First, the location is amazing: . . Food is absolutely delicious! Coctails is smth one should definitely try. Excellent Appartment, just recommended! There is not far from sea, center and Alanya otogar – 15-20 min walking, if you don't like walking - you can use a bus, bus station is near. There is not on mountain, you don't need go up hill (maybe only last 15-20 metres). It has home atmosphere, new and clean, full stuff for life, if you need something else - you can ask for and you will have it (warm blanket for example). Very friendly people working here. Thank you so much for all! *Famous fish market with fish restaurants (= fruit/vegetable market too) in 200 metres – behind big autoparking. Just recommended too.

Stuff is good and client oriented. Yusuf is polite and nice reception guy that helped a lot with all questions we had. Personally thanks to him :) Internet works ok, not really fast (about 15mbit/sec) but stable. This is restrictions of provider, as I understood, so I guess it is common Wi-Fi speed. The room is clean. The balcony view we had was very nice, like in photos but even better when you see it by your own eyes. We had a basic survival tool kit, like cooking place, fridge, dishes and pans, and surprisingly juicer for orange. We looked for a place a bit distanced from the sea, to have an opportunity to walk around city, and this place work fine for it. You can find local market near with good prices and local products. The place is quiet. Air conditioner works. Swimming pool is clean and not overloaded. Fair price, i would say.

Breakfast was the same every day, not as good as we expected, and we were a bit upset about it.

WOW What can I say about this hotel,It was fabulous the staff were friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble totally family orientated.The food was plentiful and varied,the facilities for kids were brilliant.The cleaning and gardening crews are a credit to the hotel it was spotlless all round. My 2 Yr old granddaughters 1st ever holiday and she had a ball not sure how to top it,I would just like to add this,this is a FAMILY hotel geared up for Families not for people who want a relaxing,peaceful time.We will be back in the future.

The owners were very caring and warm people and customer satisfaction was their priority. It was a clean hotel. We liked that it was close to the center and close to the sea. I liked its location. The breakfast was hygienic and nice. The hotel rooms were also very clean. It was beautiful in everything. We had no trouble. I found it normal for the price.

We were satisfied and had no problems. The cleanliness was good, the location was nice and it was a stylish hotel. We stayed for two nights already, thank you very much. It was a normal standard small room, other than that it was very clean. It was a normal good breakfast and nothing was missing.

We stayed for 17 days and we had a great stay. Room was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. We did not use the restaurant in the hotel but we did order a few things by the pool which was very tasty. Pool was clean and great, even have a little kids pool and a slide. Hotel is overall very clean and accommodating, Owner of the hotel Mr Sinasi is always around and makes everyone very comfortable. Yusuf and Emre in the reception was awesome and always greeted you with a smile and always helpful and chatty which we liked. Mr Llyas who is the bar helper was great! Then there is Mr "Magic" Dogan in the bar! WOW! Best bartender ever! If you ask nicely he might even do some magic for you. We will be back here at this hotel when we come back to Alanya for sure.
