Great value for the end of September price. All inclusive: good and varied food 3 times a day. Basic drinks like beer and whisky included, also at the beach bar. Beach chairs and umbrellas included. Sandy beach (not extremely fine sand, but not gravel either). Friendly, helpful and hardworking staff. As a coincidence, one of our group had his birthday while we were there and they gave us the VIP treatment for that day: champagne in the room, a reserved front row table for the evening show and a celebratory moment including cake and fireworks - we were very surprised how much effort they put into this. They had a couple of themed dinners. They have a show every evening. They have a few reserved parking spots just outside and the staff can help park it for you. We always found a free spot, although at the time we were there I don't think there were many guests that came by car, otherwise it would be pretty difficult to find a place in the street. Overall, the staff has really tried hard to make our stay memorable and we felt welcomed. Good position in walking distance from the Old Bazaar and port (30mins), and from the Damlatas cave and the cable car station to the fortress (10mins). Air conditioning in the room. Great Wifi at the beach, good wifi in the room. The TV has USB and HDMI ports so you can connect an external device if you have one.

Minor things but there were some large flat stones when entering the sea and it gets relatively deep pretty fast. Our room was at the floor level and we didn't have a balcony and no view. Room cleaning not every day and always late (after 11-12 AM when we were already in the room back from the beach). The small TV does have a few channels including international ones like german and romanian (TVR International), but they are transmitted through a local analog cable system and aren't tuned very well (some have interference).

If you want to relax and not think about anything, then you need to go to the Xperia Saray Beach Hotel. The staff is very friendly, everything will be brought, taken away and even if necessary they will also take you to the room, the STAFF is just a TORNADO. The view from the balcony is simply fantastic. There is no road between the hotel and the sea, from the hotel you get to the pool, from the pool to the bar, from the bar to the beach, from the beach to the sea. the hotel arranged discos, live music in different languages and other various entertainment. The food was very tasty and different every day. The staff will solve any of your requests in a second. I highly recommend the hotel for a holiday.

We were very satisfied with choosing this hotel, because it is on the first row of Cleopatra beach, the views are simply amazing, the man who worked at the reception was Recep, who was especially kind and helpful, he helped us with all questions, the food was delicious, the mini bar is filled every day, the rooms and towels are changed every day , the hotel was not overcrowded, there was always a free sunbed, of course we would definitely come back again .By the way you can find few beauty cats inside who live there. So who love animals, that’s amazing 🐈‍⬛😎

Great experience. The food was fine, the spa services and the massage were good and for the reasonable price. The personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during the short stay (including hair conditioner and body lotion). The location of the hotel is perfect, as everything is close by.

There was no fish available in the buffet during my stay, you need to visit the Ala Carter restaurant for seafood options. In the evenings, you can hear music from parties outside, but you'll hear it at any hotel, I believe. Consider bringing ear plugs :)

Location is fantastic, walking distance to everything there is to see and also to all good bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Food in the hotel was excellent. Adalina was a superstar of our stay. She was very kind and welcoming and made sure all our needs were taken care of. She made our stay even more pleasant.

Nothing in particular. The only thing is that staff didn’t speak english at all, but they make up for it by being kind and doing their best to accommodate all the requests. Again Adalina was there to take care of everything since she speaks multiple languages.

Food is the best of we have ever tried! The room is clean and quite, with good sea view. Hotel staff really welcoming, all time in contact and help as best and fast as they can. Especially thanks to Adelina and Recep to follow as during the vacation.

Some parts of the shows were not interesting, but in general they were fine.

Friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home. Location is great, we walked to the gondola, the shops, etc. The best part was the beach. It was very beautiful, not too crowded. We could hear the waves from our room at night, it was so close to the hotel. The food was also very good, there was enough variety with good quality. The cakes were especially delicious :) among many other dishes. The hotel was very clean with relaxing atmosphere, would definitely come back and highly recommend this property. Thank you!

The food was good, I ended up overeating. The wi-fi is fast. The spa has a lot of different services.

There was no toothbrush in the room, so I had to go out to buy it myself. I was surprised, because in another hotel in Antalya there was a toothbrush. I came in March, so the All-Inclusive was only about food, not much to do there in spring. In Spa I have got really nice massage, but the problem was that it was writen 2 hours, but I got 1 hour 30 min instead. Otherwise, I think in summer time hotel is great.

Really nice place to spend vacation. Friendly and kind stuff, nice food, direct access to the beach. The room is pretty, clean, with a nice view. I can see how much effort stuff put into everything.Also, it was pleased to find fruits and baklava in the room, especially since we arrived late evening. Another thanks to the guest manager Adelyna, who was so helpful, friendly, and positive. She did our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

1) Clean and neat hotel with recent refreshment. 2) There are ramps at entrance and everywhere around the hotel. 3) Private beach area, including free towels, sun beds and umbrellas. Perfect beach. 4) Hotel stuff speaks English well. 5) Great hotel SPA where you can go to hammam or get massage. I went to in-hotel massage for the 1st time in Turkey and in it turned out great. We took also mix program: lymphatic drainage massage with hot stones. Everything was great!!! 6) Kitchen personnel is striving to feed you: variety of dishes to any taste - best choice among all-inclusive hotels I've been in. 7) Waiters are delicate guys, trying to help. 8) Entertainment concert happens on daily basis: Halloween party with go-go dancers, belly dancers, live music, cooking competition, karaoke. In live music concerts you can hear songs from all over the world sang by Turkish group. 9) Hotel is situated on main city street, different stores are really close. Thank you very-very much! Our stay was amazing!

2 super minor suggestions 1) I'd advise to make sound a bit less loud maybe 2) Maybe exclude songs by G. Leps and Leningrad band. Be2 are great as they openly against current Ru-Ua conflict)
