You will enjoy everything during your stay. Firstly, the view of Konak is awesome, some parts of rooms are towards high mountains, some parts are towards the green river. Konak itself has historical and at the same time very beautiful interior. When you walk to your room, you feel like time traveller during centuries. The design of rooms, yard, even the stairs make you feel in Ottoman times or historical movies. My special thanks to all staff for their kindness, loveliness, careful approach to each client. During your stay you won’t feel like client, you become a part of their cute family🤍 Ziya bey, Salime teyze, Ensar bey, Erkan bey, Fatoş abla and others that I didn’t mentioned are so kind to everyone🤍 Definitely, that will be my choice for next trips.

The hotel is situated in a nicely renovated ottoman wooden building, in the historical neighborhood. This is the most touristic area of the city, just below the necropolis, and very convenient to visit the city. We had a lovely view over the river. The street is not accessible to vehicles, but there are parking facilities 150 m away and the staff helped carry our luggage for us. Very good breakfast, and books to borrow and exchange.

The view upon the river is nice, but it seems that on the opposite shore all the night life of Amasya takes place; with the echo of the mountains, it is a bit loud until late at night. Wifi was very unstable.

The staff was very helpful and kind at arrival, told us how to get to the property from the new bus station and offered us a delicious apple tea. It’s in the middle of the atmospheric old town but our room was in a quiet courtyard with views of the tombs from the landing. Opposite is a working hamam. Breakfast is delicious and you can watch the people going by from the restaurant.

As many people mentioned: the bathroom is small but we managed well - it is an old Konagi house and otherwise so lovely. If I could have a wish - and that is true for a lot of accommodation in Turkey and other places - that they have bed side lamps. It would be more comfortable at night

The location is great! The guesthouse is just below the tombs and opposite one of the oldest working hamams in the city. The owner was waiting for us, and we were immediately offered apple tea made from the wonderful apples that Amasya is famous for. We were escorted to the parking lot as the guesthouse is right on the most touristy street. The owner also recommended us a great place to eat - just across the river. The breakfast was amazing - homemade bread with butter and walnuts, apple jam, oranges, and petmez...

Although it's expected when you're in the heart of the old town and in the tourist area, at the weekend people are celebrating and it's a bit noisy until around midnight. But there is a brewery and bar with live music nearby, which is not so common in smaller towns

The hotel is in a well restored, historic, Ottoman style timber building of the konak type. It is located on a narrow street running parallel to the river. The street has many of such buildings including one functioning as a museum. The street is a major tourist attraction, as it still exudes the atmosphere of the bygone era. Opposite the hotel there is a hundreds of year old, but still operating hamam. In the morning, the smell of wood firing the hamam wafts through the street. Great location. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Everything worked well. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The buffet style was excellent. Great value. Highly recommended.

There is a small mosque in the street about 50 meters from the hotel. The before down call for prayer amplified by the speaker on the minaret is guaranteed to wake you up. I am not complaining. Just a fact of life.

Everything was great but what was exceptional about this place was the owner Enser. Enser made sure he attended to all of our requests with a smile on his face and went out of his way to help out. He even carried my luggage on his motorcycle for me when I needed to catch a night bus which was a 10min walk from the hotel. The breakfast is also to die for with plenty of options and a variety of homemade jams and butters which are to die for. This lovely family run business is in my opinion the best accommodation option in the whole of Amasya.

5 of us recently stayed at this hotel located at a central location, within walking distance of many popular attractions. My overall experience was fantastic and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. One of the highlights of our stay was the room itself. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the fact that it faced the river added to the overall ambiance. I loved waking up to the beautiful view of the water in the morning. The room was also very spacious and well-maintained, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel also offered a delicious Turkish breakfast, with limited of options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day and gave us the energy we needed to explore the city. I was especially impressed with the staff, who were always friendly and attentive. Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient location made it the perfect choice for my trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of the city.

We love everything, just to add notes below The parking is limited. Please check with them. There are few parking lot in front of the hotel and about 50 meters away from the hotel. It is not wheelchair friendly. Need to use the staircase to access the room.

The hotel was ideally situated with some rooms overlooking the river. The room was compact but had everything needed (although not much room between side of bed and wall!) and there was a good sized balcony. The owners were extremely helpful and the breakfast excellent - we especially liked the range of homemade jams/marmalades on offer and, of course (this being Turkey), the friendly cats. And right next to the hammam - although, sadly, no time to use. Next time...

, I advise anyone who wants to book a hotel in Amasya to book here. First, the staff were very helpful and respectful, and the breakfast was wonderful and there are many options and the rooms were very very clean. Amasya was a stop and rest stop for us on this trip. We did not expect it to be this beautiful, and this hotel has make it even more beautiful, also I want to thank the hotel owners for the wonderful experience and also the staff and Mr. Ansar in particular for this wonderful experience.

Everything was great

Everything. It was in a perfect location to see all Amasya sights. The manager spoke very good English and was very helpful throughout our stay. Helped us park our car and advised on bus from airport for our son. We chose mountain view rooms and found them to be very good value. Close to a lovely 900 year old hamam. Excellent breakfast including an omelette and Turkish coffee on request. Laundry service a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
