Location was great! on a cute walking street full of cafes and restaurants on the way to a large mall. rooms and common areas are well-appointed. spa and pool area was small but comfortable and clean.

The mattresses were not the most comfortable, but perhaps this was because we requested twin beds.

Great location. Very professional staff. Very clean! The shower and toilet area were spotless so was the rest of the room. Large enough room, very comfortable. A great bonus was the Turkish coffee machine in the room - what a treat!

Everything was great. A little issue was not being able to close the very long curtains in the room easily otherwise all perfect!

Very comfortable pillows, very friendly reception (helped us for late check out!), good spa ! The hotel situated in the heart of restaurants street. It was very comfortable for lunch, dinner, even for breakfast! Next to Armada Mall so if you need any shopping you can get in for 5 minutes! The elevators was very smart and quick!

The hotel SPA need to be more flexible. They don`t access/permit to swim in the poll with hotels plastic caps and we have to pay and buy from them other type of shower caps for swimming. No hot drinks at all. But when we asked they brought tea for us for 2 times.

The location is great for business traveling. Food is easy to access. Room is good, lobby is huge.

The staff are a bit unpleasant. Most of the time, there's no warm greeting when entering or leaving the hotel daily (I stayed there for a week). I even witnessed one of the staff shush away another customer.

Check in was earlier than standard time, which was awesome as I arrived after a long night flight. Thank you very much for that! Room is super spacious and very comfortable. Cleaning was upon request which I didn’t ask very often, only complimentary water refill. Breakfast was less variety as other Mercure hotels I’ve stayed before, but overall it was very good quality. Service around the hotel is exceptional, with everyone eager to help and most knowing English (which is rare for Ankara…). Location is good, with lots of cafes around, mall, easy transportation (metro). Pool is great!, steam room didn’t always work, sauna was amazing.

One minor thing that surprised me was the spa receptionist. In the beginning of my stay I’ve asked what is the size of the pool. Pretty normal and simple question. She didn’t know (which is fine, you can’t know everything). But she didn’t even bother to look up the information or ask someone. I’ve asked again a few days later, she still didn’t know and didn’t make any effort to find out info about her area of work. I’ve asked to check with reception, and she called with attitude and got the answer right away. Very strange way of work with guests :) especially since the spa was not busy at all, and I was most of the time the only visitor in the spa. Oh well, it didn’t affect the relaxation in the spa zone.

The staff are polite and helpful, but when I came there was no one outside to help me with the luggage. However, when I left the hotel the staff were ready and helped me with the luggage. The amenities are good. The hotel location is wonderful and directly linked to a very fancy mall called Armada. Transportation is available all the time. The room view is fantastic as I was on the 9th floor, and you can see modern buildings around you.

The cleaning of the room should be more supervised. On my first day, I was available, and I monitored the cleaning, but for the second day, I was away and so the cleaning was not good. Also, hotel staff should recommend famous tourist sites for their visitors. Overall, my experience was very goid and I definitely recommend the hotel

Overall the service and cleaning was perfect. Specially they put some fruits on the plate to welcome you. It's more liked which some hotels are not doing it. Breakfast was amazing. Service personell are very friendly.

I stayed on the 16th floor and internet connectivity was not good over there. There was no internet connection at the restaurant where I did my breakfast and I hear some guests also complained abut it cause some people are checking inbox or calls during the breakfast. I'd recommend to fix it.

Staff was very friendly, tea and water were available for free at the hotel bar as we were waiting. The rooms are nice, the hall looks fancy. Location is great for a beer in the evening and eating out. We had breakfast outside, there are a couple of very cool places for that just outside.

It would have been helpful if the staff understood english a bit better. We had quite some misunderstandings and waited for a very long time for something that could have been solved immediately. E.g. "I need an iron" - "This is room service, if you want ayran, we connect you to the kitchen". If you want to book the spa, go down to the ladies at the spa immediately and not through the front desk, they are different entities.

It’s very comfortable and clean, greatly equipped. The most of all I like the beds, low enough and flat and the collection of pillows you may choose. Spa is very good and not crowded at all. The breakfast is just excellent - super fresh and healthy food. But the most of all which I love in this hotel is stuff, they’re so much polite and helpful, truly professionals. Please reward the staff as much as possible 🙏🏻😁
