24/7 present staff , Cafe which is runned by very helpful old man and an amazing view you can sit back and chill. When we first arrived they upgraded our room and helped us with our bags. The staff was very attentive and kind.They asked if we need anything everytime they see us even though we thanked them couple of times. Besides staff making this hotels rating 10/10 the rooms were nice and well kept. Tough our stay here was for a night and we had to leave early if we had a chance we would stay for one more night ;)

What did I like? Everything! This place is awesome, the staff are helpful and very friendly, and there is always someone available to help. It's even nice to just hang out in the lobby with them, they are very relaxed people. The room was very spacious and homey. The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. Towels supplied. My room had a table that I could work from, the loft was very well-heated, and there was ample cupboard space in the bedroom. I could literally live in a place like this. The location is very central, there are so many nice places to visit within a 20 minute walk. The place was clean, and the staff offers a laundry service for a very reasonable price. If it's cold outside, just make sure to put aside a few days for the clothes to dry. Apparently, there is a tour guide on site who is also an archaeologist. I did not get to make use of his services, but next time I stay, and I surely will stay here if I visit Ankara again (for longer), I will certainly want to pick his brain about his archaeological knowledge. I did not make use of the wifi, so I can not make any comment on that. 10/10 Experience! BÜYÜK TEŞEKKÜR EDERİM!

The floors are nice and thick, but the walls are a bit thin, so neighbours can hear each other easily. That being said, this the norm for many Turkish buildings in general, so it's barely even a complaint, more something to bear in mind for prospective guests. If I really have to dig for any critical point, it would be that there could have been an extra bin in addition to the one in the bathroom. But really, that's all. Overall I was really really happy to have stayed here.

It was very lovely the staff was 10/10 they were very helpfull and they gave us another upgraded room just to satisfy us to a room with a big amazing terrace the view was just so amazing. I loved staying there and believe me when I tell you I've been to lots of places and this customer service was the best I've seen

When the checked in manager of the establishment Mr.Mehmet had a box of Baklava delivered to our room as a welcome gift. That was truly thoughtful of him. Location of the Apartment building is very good; Kizilay is 10-15 minutes walk and lots of stores, supermarkets, restaurants around the vicinity.

We could sounds of the geyser (installed in the living room) as well as the elevator (right outside the apartment) 24/7. So, don't opt for a room adjacent to the elevator.

The room is very neat, large, with one room and one living room. It is heated inside. It is 0 degrees in Turkey, so it is very warm inside. There's good hot water and it's nice to have a nice hot bath, especially on a cold winter day. The landlord was very nice and hospitable, and the front desk staff did a good job. The private parking under building is very safe for car. going city center is 5 min with walking. Higly recommended!

There are really no words to describe how satisfied we are with Otto Loft Apartments. Our stay here was amazing and the personal was super nice and welcoming. The location was the best thing about the place because it is very near the center and there are lots of stores and restaurants near by. Our room was large and very comfortable. Furthermore, there were two bedrooms with cozy beds and a nice sofa to enjoy. There were no disturbing sounds coming from other rooms, so it was very peaceful during the days and nights. We couldn’t be more happy with the place and it is with one word; perfect.

Its a nice hotel appartement in great location with friendly and helpful staff. They care about all of your concern and trying to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend this property for families.

everything is nice and comfortable. room located at 3rd floor. but building have lift facilities. no issue at all to bring all big bags to 3rd floor.

room lighting is not bright enough. lighting in living room is good n brighter.
