This is a small boutique hotel that’s central with food shops and sumpermarts just a stone’s throw away. Rooms are small and bathrooms even smaller. Claustrophobic I’d say. Even for the bigger category rooms one can’t swing a cat inside. Breakfast was good with the best eggs served. What was outstanding thou were the staff who made our stay personable and pleasant. They emphasise on getting to know you and make it a point to connect hence I can understand the high ratings. 5 star for service! 4 for everything else.

Tiny bathrooms were a bummer!

Five stars for the service 😊 Upon arrival, the staff took over the luggage and took it to the rooms, the car was parked in the underground parking lot free of charge, we received a free continental breakfast during the entire stay. Complimentary welcome fruit plate. The rooms are not very big but they are very comfortable and clean. You have all the necessary hygiene products. You get free water every day and you have a mini bar. I am especially satisfied with the lady who cleans the rooms, EVERYTHING is perfectly clean and tidy when you come back to the room. In the breakfast restaurant you have very good service and a wonderful Turkish breakfast. Special kudos to the lady who is at the entrance of the restaurant because she always makes sure if you are missing anything and if you have any special requests. I can say that you have the best service from the staff of all the hotels in Turkey.

As a suggestion for improvement, buy more comfortable bed mattresses and pillows.

The hotel looks beautiful and is decorated tastefully. Everything is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The best thing about this hotel has to be the service. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and the little gestures they made to make our stay extra special really made us say that this is one of the best hotels in Turkey! Location is good too. It is easily within walking distance of some landmarks and eateries.

There was some misunderstanding with our initial check-in time but the manager helped us to sort it out with the receptionist and then sent us a complimentary fruit platter once we got to our room. The room was a bit small, but clean and tastefully decorated. The receptionists were very helpful and helped us through our booking for the bus. We were very pleased with the overall service especially in the restaurant. The well-presented breakfast was plentiful and fantastic- definitely a great way to start the day! We also had dinner in the restaurant which was also very good and reasonably priced. The managers and servers were all very friendly and hospital and could not do enough to make our dining a pleasant experience. The location was quiet and centrally located and easy to get to from the airport.

We were given a bigger room on a requested upper floor, but unfortunately it was on a smoking floor, so we were not able to stay in it. When we were moved to a non-smoking floor, we could still smell smoke coming through the vents. It was not pleasant since we have allergy issues. The rooms were also not very sound-proof. We could hear our neighbour's conversations and kids clearly from the bathroom.

Everything was absolutely great. I would rate them 100/10. They deserve the ratings they have here in booking.com and other places. Each and every staff were super nice and polite. We were served a very nicely presented and yummy fruit platter to our room as a welcome gesture. The rooms were very very clean and very spacious. The breakfast presentation was just amazing. They served the breakfast to our table and they served a separate platter for our kids which included spring rolls, pancakes and cereals. They ticked all the check boxes if I had to check them.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in Ankara for 3 nights and from the check in to the check out everything was smooth. We received a room on the 5th floor which was quiet and spacious. Few minutes after check-in we received a fruit plate as a gift from the hotel which was very nice. The hotel's location was convenient for us with restaurants near by. Breakfast was lovely and the service we received from the staff was wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The hotel has an app which was very convenient as we ordered twice room service and received it quickly. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel during your next trip to Ankara.

Nothing bad to say, everything was exceptionally well.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to major shopping options and various dine in options. The staff is very attentive. We arrived around noon time and our room was ready, so that we could checked in easily. We were presented with a welcome food platter by the GM. The room amenities were sufficient. In addition to that, I liked the smartplugs (there was 2) , you just need to bring your charger cable..! No converters required...! I loved the breakfast presentation, it was served as a set menu, with almost everything you would expect from a typical Turkish Breakfast Overall experience is 10/10

Thank you Volkan , Ezel , Miraq I liked Everything from the central location of the Hotel, to the amazing staff who were ALL so friendly and changed our room to 2 beds when accidentally booked one bed, and also helped us to go to the airport for free when we were having difficulties. The facilities are great and having the ability to use a Sauna is amazing.

The Breakfast buffet is nice but has room for improvement and choices.

The location was great. Even though we didn't chose to get breakfast, the hotel was kind enough to offer us breakfast throughout our stay. They also gave us herbal tea when my partner felt sick.

We wanted to catch up with friends and didn't have a great place to hangout during the cold Ankara night. We brought our friends to the hotel and the reception wasn't happy about that. Next time I'm in Ankara I'll probably book an Airbnb to freely hangout with my friends.

The hotel exceeded my expectations during my stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. During the cold winter months, the beds are comfortable and have adequate bedding. Staff members at the restaurant and the receptionist were extremely helpful. Restaurants in the area are close to the hotel. I love the place and will return.

I wish that there were more English TV channels to keep us entertained.
