Location was excellent. Situated across the road from the Old City, which is fabulous to walk through and so much different to what we were expecting. It’s like walking through a village with shops, restaurants, accommodation etc. From Arkk Homes you can have any easy stroll down to the park overlooking the water. There is a tram stop 100 metres walk from Arkk from which you can hop on to the Museum (which is excellent) and the beach. To use the tram tap your credit card. The Museum and beach are at the end of the track. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area around your accommodation. Parking was easy however getting to the accommodation by car is a little more complicated. Make sure you have detailed instructions and take your time. Having washing machine and dryer was handy.

The location of the hotel is near everything in the old city and very easy to access the most beautiful street of the old city. The apartment is modern and very spacious the hotel is super super clean we had two bed room apartment and it had every thing you need available and clean. The apartment has washing machine, drying machine, iron table, hair dryers in each bathroom, showers in each bathroom, electrical oven, microwave, dishwasher, safe, TV and fridge. simply you will find everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and have a good smell giving you the feeling of clean. The view of the apartment is amazing as it has panoramic view to the old city and sea. for new visitors don’t be shocked from the entrance as it’s from the backside and will give you a wrong impression about this heaven property. the cleaning is every 3 days and they are very professional and they come on the agreed time the staff is very helpful and they will assist you to the expectations. sure we will be back again to this property

The view is extraordinary. Fully stocked, at the edge of old town. It’s a dream apartment. I visited with my family and we ended up cancelling some activities just to stay in and admire the view. It’s right at the edge of old town so you end up spending most of your time soaking up the vibe there. pro tip - the 7th floor duplex is worth every penny. so not miss it out.

I rarely give a rating of 10, but Arkk Homes was just excellent We got the one bedroom studio which was furnished well, minimalist and most comfortable Had all the amenities we required including a kitchen and washing machine Excellent location at the old city and good base to explore the old city And so many choices for cafes, restaurants and bars all within walking distance Apt 3A comes with a private terrace overlooking the city street which was great. Good for people watching and enjoying the sunset You can always book an apt at a higher floor for the sea view Furuzan at the receptionist was also most helpful and informative.

This is not a negative but just for info. The road to Arkk Homes is narrow but that is the case with most of the places in the old city.

The location was superb - right near Hadrian's Gate, Old Town, conveniences, accessible public transport. The apartment had a great view, was well kept, clean, and with a smart contemporary finish. All the kitchen and laundry facilities were of high quality. The building personnel were friendly and helpful. Gave us an introductory talk with video clips to orient us to the town.

While the apartment has provision for ACs in every room, given the very hot summer of Antalya (over 40C during our stay) it would help to also keep floor fans for optional use during the exceptionally hot spells.

The apartment was big and enough for my family we were 4 adults and 1 kid.. the location is great and they have car park

There is no daily cleaning like the hotels its every 3 days only

The property is in a very good position, very close to the old town and away from the large hotel blocks of the beach areas. There is parking option available (though we didn't use - just taxis). There are many cafes, bars and restaurants around. As some family members arrived very early the staff allowed early entry to the apartment (as we arrived later in the night) and this was much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and provided when asked some additional towels and also replacement of an additional bed in the living space, they also gave good advise on taxis and also helped provide umbrellas when caught in a storm! The bedrooms have a lot of space, one with en suite and there is also a large additional bathroom. The living space was large with a great view over over the town and mountains, which was super! The apartment was very clean and every 3 days new towels were provided and the entire apartment was cleaned (we stayed for 1 week). We enjoyed the stay in the apartment and thought this was a much better option than the family being spread over multiple hotel rooms.

Some of the fixtures were a little bit shaky (door handles etc.)

We hadn't initially planned to check in at 2 pm, but the designated check-in time for the apartment was 2 pm. After requesting an earlier check-in, we agreed on 10 am. Surprisingly, upon reaching the apartment at 8, the staff promptly opened the door, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. Despite the early arrival, the room was clean and comfortable with an amazing mountain and sea view. The beds and couches were cozy, and the staff warmly welcomed us each time we returned. I highly recommend this apartment.

Nothing, it was perfect

Perfect location to the Old Town . Literally steps. Extremely spacious apartment, 2 big bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms. Very clean, and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer made a big difference in our stay. Antalya was our 3rd city on our trip(Istanbul/Cappadocia), and because of the warmth of the apartment and staff, we truly felt like we were at home. The nice lady who managed the property welcomed us upon our arrival and always gave us great recommendations. A few weeks prior I asked her to reserve the best table at the best restaurant in the marina and she did just that. She also helped direct us to a clean reliable hospital close by to conduct PCR tests. Looking back at our trip, the feeling we had at Arrk Homes was far above our favorite in the trip. We felt like locals and my teenager kids loved the space and feeling of home. As good as the pictures and view look online, it’s way better in person. I cannot recommend Arrk Homes anymore than I can. We honestly found ourselves a home everytime we come back to Antalya. It’s that good. That impressive. Thank you kind staff for the incredible hospitality and we can’t wait to come back 😊
