The hotel is in the heart of the old town which is a great location to be in. The hotel staff where very helpful and gave me a late check out and allowed me to leave my case in a secured room until I needed it. I thought it was good value for money.

I always looked for a hotel with a safe for passports etc but there wasn’t one there but overall the room was secure and I took my key out with me so there wasn’t a problem. There wasn’t any tea or coffee making facilities in the room but you can get free tea and water on the terrace.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel sent someone to pick up us from the railway station and it was very kind of them. The location is very convenient place and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. There's a terrace where one can order food and enjoy it and there's free water and black tea whenever one needs. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was no daily cleaning of the rooms and when we asked about it they told that they clean rooms only when we request only.

The room was large, bright and well furnished with a small refrigerator. A big tree in front of the windows. I think it was second floor or the first one above ground where the reception is and the second apartment in from the entrance. Staff extremely nice and helpful, especially the overnight worker who was an angel. He tried to get me a quieter room but that was not available. Close to many restaurants, shops and a few minutes walk to Old Town and the waterfront so a good location other than the noise. Fast WI-Fi which is hard to find in a hotel.

It is on a plaza so in addition to all the noise of people walking by until late at night and sometimes street music, there was a charity organisation right under my window playing a loudspeaker from 10 to 7 every day! It ruined my time there and the staff did nothing to remedy it so I spoke to the tourist police who were on that plaza and they told them to turn down the volume, but they could have moved even a half a block over and not be in front of hotel windows! I could not do my online job. Bathroom and shower were very tiny. I did not enjoy the breakfast and did not find it worth the money and preferred to go downstairs for eggs and fresh fruit drinks.

Very centrally located with a 10 minute walk to the waterfront through old town. It is on a very busy plaza with access to restaurants and shops and a pedestrian walkway. I loved the big bright windows with a view of trees and the room was large and well designed with a comfortable chairs and desk and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were always extremely nice and helpful especially the man at night who is an angel!

Unfortunately there was a group raising money for a charity with a loudspeaker under my window 7 days a week from 10:00 until 7:00 which was extremely irritating and I wish the hotel would have done more about it. I had to speak to them myself and even the police got involved but they never would move, even a half a block away to avoid disturbing the hotel. Overall it is a very noisy spot because it is a very active plaza and people can be walking by and talking loudly until late at night or even playing music. Bathroom and shower were tiny and not convenient for storing supplies or moving around. And the water is hot but runs out very quickly so you have to rush through your shower. A large person would have a difficult time even being inside of it.

The location is perfect and the staff was amazing and very friendly. They helped me when I faced a problem with charging my mobile phone and offered helpful solutions. There’s an elevator and a small shared area with free tea and coffee.

check out at 12pm. extension only for one hour, otherwise you need to pay for another full night (can't pay partially only per hour) even if you want to extend for few hours only (3-4 hours).

Great location! It will not be that noisy as in the down part of the city that is close to the sea. The reception team is ready to help anytime.

The bathroom needs definitely refurbished

Fine place to spend a night and move on. We chose it because of the location near the tram station to come from airport and sleep between the flights.

The shower was unattractive, so we decided not to use it.

Incredibly affordable price for such a central location. Great option for one or two nights

Since the hotel is located in the very center, be prepared for some noise from the street.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the location was great!
