Pacco Hotel & SPA

- location: at the beach with beautiful view, close to shopping mall, beach park and old town - breakfast was very good; kot of variety and fresh - people working there are friendly - room with sea view very large

- could be cleaner - rooms need renovation - in january the price was ok but would not pay 150€| room in the summer - spa is dark and not charming, it is at level -1 beside the kitchen

The view was great. Most of the staff working were helpful, live music was great.

Some staff were not helpful and was irritable. I paid for dinner and it was the same menu with very limited selection for the 3 days we were there and most of the items in the limited menu was not It that great. The taps makes loud noise sometimes. We were 4 people but they only provided soap and water for 2.

It was just opposite to the beach

The pictures shown in booking.com were wrong, the rooms were very different & there was no value for the money I paid for that room

We reserved the deluxe suite and the balcony with the jacuzzi was amazing. The room was very well equipped (except the wasn’t any blankets) and we got coffee, tea and water every day. The location of the hotel is amazing the beach is just 2 minutes away. The pool and the the pool area is spacious it is nice to hang out there. The breakfast was nice and varied.

The room was not very clean. Although they came for “cleaning” daily it was more about changing the towels and the filling up the things than cleaning. We ended up buying Domestos with my husband because the bathroom and the toilet was very old, yellow and dirty. The floor was not mopped or vacuumed for a week. The furniture on the balcony was broken and also very dirty. Also it was a bit disappointing that we reserved the most expensive room for more than a week but haven’t got any special treatment from the staff. One night we asked the receptionist to help us to open a wine and she said we must bring it to the bar and ask it there because they can’t provide bottle opener. Or at least it would be nice to be offered a late check out when our flight was at 11pm.

The hotel is really close to the sea and the beach which is very comfortable, it has a great swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Restaurant is also very good with a good variety of tasty food and drinks. Room and area around is well cleaned.

We had two merged single beds instead of a queen bed in our room which is very uncomfortable for a couple. Also COVID policies at breakfast were very bad - even though staff has been helping with serving the food, people were still lurking without a mask near an open food which should not happen during COVID; table sanitation and cleaning at breakfast also wasn’t too good.

Breakfast has a variety of food, staffs were helpful. Our room was clean and nice, the place is just 5 minutes walk to the beach and you can see jelly fishes, kids loved it!. They supplied brush/paste, shaving kit, ear buds, conditioner, scrub and indoor slippers. The sea view is spectacular. It has a good sound proof room. Many restaurants along the beach. We would definitely come back again. The girl at the reception speaks good English and very helpful with our queries.

Air conditioner was not that great, it was not that cold even in the lowest setting. There was a mis-communication about the mini bar usage, they didn't mention when we checked in other than plastic bottles are chargeable. We ended up paying when we checked out

Plenty of choices for breakfast. Spot on location just across the street for the beach. Plenty of restaurants around, good choice of food @ Pacco Bistro, nice personnel - Thanks to Amira.

At first, I got a side sea view room although I booked a sea view room, changed at once when I noticed at the reception, but I dislike the explanation that all rooms in hotel are sea view- it looks like I don't know what I am paying for!? No fruits for the breakfast, no communication with hotel although we request a fruit plater on arrival...not verry skilled talking English...something to work with for the future.

An excellent location with a stunning beach right in front of the hotel, comfortable rooms, and a highly attentive staff. We requested an early check-in, and they accommodated our request, which greatly pleased us.The pool area exceeded our expectations; it was truly impressive. Additionally, the hotel offers a fantastic dining experience with its restaurant options.

The breakfast menu remained the same every day, resembling more of a lunch or dinner selection. Additionally, the black coffee and cappuccino were of subpar quality.

This hotel was amazing in every aspect and the location was perfect! Right next to konyaalti beach. And the rooms were spacious and modern interior. The staff and the people working there. From the front desk to the restaurant to the spa and massage area, they were all so nice and welcoming. Especially Samira! She is one of the reasons why we felt welcome. She greeted every guest with a smile and gave us many useful information and tips on things to do in Antalya. Also the guy working night shift, Unu(not sure) was also very accommodating and helped us check out smoothly late at night. All in all I really recommend the hotel!

Only note was that in one of the rooms the ac didn’t really work, and in another room there was a strong sewage smell. However the staff was very quick and sent someone to fix it. Cleaning- could improve. They only did the bed but didn’t provide new towels or even clean the bathroom. This didn’t bother us since it was a short stay and the rooms were clean anyways.
