We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was pretty much, lots of choice. Spa and swimming pool were excellent.

Despite being winter, the rooms were too hot. Had to leave the balcony door open every night.

Exceptional facilities, utilised the gym, pool, sauna, entertainment, and the views from the sunny balconies. View from the room was amazing, toilets in the room and the room generally were great.

Due to the design of the hotel being open plan, noise from the ground floor entrance and inside of the hotel could be heard every night whilst trying to sleep. Also the cleaners came round before 8am everyday which seems very early as it did wake us up some mornings. There are also blue lights in the room near light switches, we had to cover these at night as they were bright.

Uniqueness of the decking and ocean access. Accommodating staff, the breakfast and dinner buffet were next level. There was no sandy beach, however, a tunnel connects you from the hotel to the ocean and pool, and access is via stairs that lead straight into the inviting waters.. They have daily activities of you wish to participate.

When they say "air conditioning" it's not exactly refrigerated. Our tea and coffee were not replaced on a daily basis which i would have expected from a 5 star resort. Not the end of the world though.

We paid extra for a partial sea view but we got a lousy view of a building under construction so don’t bother paying for partial sea view either get full sea view or a regular room We spent most of our day outside so we didn’t really care about the view

The room size and balcony sea view are perfect. Perfect location, Kaleici, park, sea, restaurants are all within the walking distance. Wifi signal is strong. Tasty and delicious food in the restaurant!

Extra charges for baby stroller, indoor pool water is not so warm, basically, our kids can't swim there. Expensive prices for all bar items - you can find 2-3 times cheaper at the shop just in front of the hotel.

great location and not to busy

Cats! Although staff have a designated area to feed local cats, guests were feeding on sun beds etc. Cats were also found sleeping on cushions on chairs on outside terrace. This could be a nightmare for guests like me who are highly allergic to cats or hate their smell.

I think they can give better quality coffee for breakfast and also nicer fruit juices... More fresh

Helpful staff (especially the housekeeper in room 3404 and the bar staff in the lobby bar). Clean premises. Good food. I'll be back again!

Very bad bed. There was supposed to be a double bed, but there were two separate ones that couldn't fit together. The second bed was fixed at our request because the bed legs were out of order. After repairing the bed, the marks left untidy ( below is a photo of the repairman's marks!) Linens and towels do not correspond to 5-star quality. Broken, worn and not white. The hand washing faucet in the bathroom kept dripping. Likewise, the soap dispenser. In your feedback, others have criticized you for this, I hope you will fix things soon. However, your hotel is of high quality in other respects.

Breakfast was great with a spectacular view. The location was awesome with a walking distance to all amenities. Ali has great etiquette when it comes to the guests and is very helpful. The cleaning staff are friendly. The hotels amenities is amazing...Water activities are great.

Firstly when received at reception we were told that our rooms were unfortunately not only far from each other they were actually in different buildings. This was not mentioned earlier when making contact with the hotel for our rooms to be close to each other. We were charged additionally to have this changed and have our rooms close to each other...

Very beautiful hotel, very close to the old city center, you can easily walk and enjoy many shops. Nice beach and nice pool. Rooms big, spacious with so comfortable bed.

The only thing i didn't like is that the rooms are not so good cleaned, for hotel of 5 Stars they should be more careful about that. For 6 nights that we stayed, floor was never cleaned.
