Absolutely fantastic hotel - it is so beautiful! The staff were fantastic The rooms are brilliant, a very large comfy bed and the bedroom had plenty of space. The garden is beautiful and great for a drink or two in the evening! Thank you so much for making our stay SPECIAL. The hotel also arranged cake and a fruit platter for my girlfriends birthday. Thank you - you really did go out of your way! The restaurant is great and I would definitely recommend dining there. The hotel is spotlessly clean!

This place is great. The location is the old town is super central and when you step in through the entrance it’s like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The pool is great, we liked the breakfast and the food from the restaurant is very good. But best of all is the staff - my husband got food poisoning (not from this wonderful place) and the staff was so attentive. They sent up a plate of bananas and boiled potatoes to help settle his stomach and then checked on him the next few days, even the cleaning staff when they saw him at the pool. It was very sweet.

The old area of issue was that we had a room that backed on the road at the back of the property and it can be very noisy at night until 3am. With the shutters closed it’s definitely quieter but given the room size is so large and beautiful, the noise felt it took the shine off ever so slightly.

The Ruin Adalia must be one of the most beautiful locations/hotels in the old city center. We where really impressed. It was very clean and calm during the day, including at the pool. Being an adult only hotel helps, of course. The staff was very forthcoming and professional. A+! Top tip, ask at the reception to see the ruins underneath the hotel!

One thing to keep in mind is, that the central location has its downside at night. All streets around the hotel are very crowded until late at night and there is a good bit of noise from the bars and people walking round. This is not a problem during the day however, then it is really calm. But for the night, be prepared to sleep with earplugs nonetheless.

The location, the staff, the rooms and the hotel grounds, breakfast - pretty much everything! We lost our laptop on a flight and Faruk went above and beyond to reunite us with it, keeping in touch even after we left to ensure we got it back, forever grateful for the amazing staff here. The hotel itself is actually a historical site (not sure how we missed this when we booked but booking.com does not do this place justice). Really centrally located in the old town, lots of bars as soon as you walk outside and lively atmosphere.

The location is so central that we needed Faruk’s help to bring the car in (some narrow streets) and park it for us - this only applies to drivers of course. The live music nearby was on till midnight so not that suitable for those who need an early night (I am pregnant).

The hotel is located in the narrow alleyways of the old town. It is very beautifully refurbished and the environment is very nice and resort-like. There is a swimming pool, restaurant and bar. The room was comfortable and bathroom amenities were provided. Staff are friendly and helpful and it was a wonderful experience staying in the hotel. Do take note that the rooms are located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

There is no hot water kettle in the room and they do not provide free bottled water. We checked in on a Saturday and the alleyway outside our room was noisy with cars going by and loud drunk people walking by. There is live music from the bar on the 1st floor so it will be quite noisy. But we had no noise issues on Sunday and weekdays.

I've stayed in many hotels worldwide but this hotel is one of my favourites. I am so glad that I choose this hotel :) The room was very clean and beautiful. All of the staff are friendly, polite and always there to help you. There was a security guard standing at the gate of the hotel so we felt very safe. The location was great too! Many restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

I cannot think of any negative side about the hotel but neighbouring hotel play live music every night till midnight and it can be a little loud from time to time.

Beautiful hotel on top of ruins. Some floor is glass so that you can see the ruins below you. The swimming pool contains a hydro-flow training resistance system, I used it for training in the morning. In the afternoon, the pool was a nice escape from Antalya's summer heat. The hotel is adult-only, so the pool is quiet (!!). The location is excellent, inside the old city and close to many restaurants. The staff are nice and helpful, we even got help with parking. Ask to tour the ruins. We will definitely stay here again. Will not stay anywhere else in Antalya.

Check-in took a long time since only one person was at the reception. He went to help park our cars (thanks for that, much appreciated), but that meant the rest of us had to wait, although there were many other staff members around who didn't seem busy. Maybe if one staff member helped with parking and another with check-in, it would have been quicker. But this is a really minor issue, which will not effect our return to this hotel. Espresso coffee and Latte at breakfast could add a nice touch.

Beautiful property in the middle of the old town. Very friendly staff and everything clean.

Some things to mention is that there was loud music from a bar next door but it stopped at 12 midnight. Another thing of concern is that they were serving drinks in glass glasses which was against their own rules. And also i think it should be stressed more with guests that they take a shower before entering the pool, also their own rules which many people didnt follow.

Very peaceful setting in a busy part of the old town. staff exceptionally courteous and helpful. Hotel and pool exceptionally clean. Poolside not busy whilst we were there which was a real bonus. Varol the manager went out his way to help with any queries. Another bonus is that the hotel is built over a 2nd century roman villa which has been opened up for hotel guests. It is truly amazing. definitely would come back. the hotel is very close to the heritage tram and 10min from the port. There are lots of places to eat. we really enjoyed the Seraser restaurant.

There is no coffee or tea in the room but room service is very good. if you want to visit a beach you need to go to Lara or Konyati beaches as the old city beach is more of a rocky outcrop. However the heritage tram to Konyati stops just outside the Hadrian gate about 3 mins walk from the hotel and will get you to the beach in 10mins. The Konyati beach is pebbly so bring swimming shoes. it is however worth it as it is great place to swim and relax.

I love that hotel had its own garden with the pool. Though the hotel located in the busy area, inside it felt like a little escape. Staff was lovely, and service was great.

The only thing is that iron and kettle are not allowed in the room due to a fire hazard, because the hotel located in the historical area. But they would bring us tea every evening to the room which was really nice, however for the ironing there was a charge.
