We are a family of 4 and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Immediately we felt like home. The hotel provided more than what we expect from a hotel. A lot of things were a surprise to us such that we never expected such as Netflix, Cable TV, Washing Machine, Microwave, complete cooking utensils, and much more. Room were super clean and tidy. The hotel was strategically located within the old town. For those of you who traveling with a rented car, this hotel has the best parking space considering the tight space of old town. We stayed in a satellite room and was only 5 sec walk to the restaurant alleys as well as convenient store. We were welcomed by the owner himself and the reception was available on whatsapp 24/7. All major historical sites are within few minutes walk (roman marina, hadrian gate, old bazaar). If you are planning to stay in Antalya with the same setup as I do - look for no other.

My boyfriend and i have the luxury of flexible/remote work and were looking for a place in Antalya to call home for 8 days- and we are so glad that we found this place. The owner, his family, and staff were very hospitable and helped us with any questions we may have had while there and organised for us some great experiences (i.e hamam, restaurant recommendations, etc). As for the property itself, its in the old town but its situated just a couple streets over from the busiest streets- so you get some peace and quiet! we loved it. it was also a 5 min walk to Mermerli beach which we went to a few times in the week. and lastly, we loved the homecooked breakfasts they provided. do not expect a buffet of some sort but more so a simple breakfast contained of different marmalades and bread, omelettes, sausages, salami, cakes etc.

there was nothing we did not like :) the rooms were maybe smaller than we would have liked…but we will just upgrade next time :) besides, my bf and i spent most of our time outside (as you should on holiday). it was not a deal breaker for us

the location is incredible. family run and everyone is very friendly. the building itself is beautiful and we loved the courtyard. our room was basic but comfortable and for the price it really is great value for money. we also loved the dogs! breakfast good too

bathroom could do with a little update, hot water is short supply but we were happy to shower at quieter times. the area is very noisy but this is not the hotels fault and will apply to staying anywhere in the old town. worth it to experience a short stay in the old town.

Cozy, little hotel in quite part of the old town. The stuff is warmheartedly, welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you come up to them. We even ended up staying 5 extra days. The breakfast varies each day and the coffee is tasty.

The rooms are a little small, but there are plenty of common areas instead such as Terrasse, balcony, a small cafe with indoors and outdoors seating. Internet works poorly in some parts and well in other parts of the hotel. For those, who are allergic, they have four dogs and some cats living in the hotel area.

Very cozy family-run hotel in an excellent central location. There are four friendly dogs, and we loved that. The owner Utkan and his family made us feel welcome, treated us with an amazing freshly made breakfast every morning and gave us many suggestions for restaurants in the area. The rooms are small but comfortable, more suited for short stays.

Rooms could have better appliances (for example the tap in the bathroom was a bit detached). But this was not a big problem at all.

Excellent staff, especially Turkan/Yunus at the reception and the house keeping lady were brilliant...so so caring, giving personalised service all the way..superb location, 2 mins walk n u r in the heart of the main old town bustling street...definitely recommended for its service n location.

The cleanliness of the room needs a lil attention I mean cobwebs etc should not greet / stare u in the face as you arrive in a fresh room..they need to look into deep cleaning..not just basic cleaning I.e keeping the beds n bathroom with fresh daily amenities were all there... The rooms were exceptionally tiny and could do with a full mirror in one of the walls for practical usage and aesthetics (it can gv a room as tiny as that a bigger look, too)...

The hotel is located in the calmest and coziest part of the town. The staff was super friendly. In the hotel live 3 dogs. 2 of them are golden retrievers (father and daughter). They are very polite and became our friends.

The breakfast is mediocre. No real variety. We chose a 2 rooms deluxe number. It was all in all cozy, but incredibly small. The bed comprised ca. 90% of the room' space. In the room there were a really loud freezer and a very old and loud air conditioner. But luckily (thank to the staff) they gave us after 3 days a more spacious room.

This family hotel is centrally located in the old town. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the sea and on the way there are restaurants and cafes.Some of them are located on the cliffs beside the sea. The host family is very gracious and attentive.They are always available and helpful. The breakfast is wholesome with fresh homemade cheese, egg and an assortment of bread and jams. The family has three calm and beautiful dogs.They certainly add to the homely atmosphere of the hotel.

My stay was perfect.
