- The hotel staff are very friendly, do their best for a comfortable stay (an iron or a blanket was provided at my request). Good hosts, homely simple atmosphere. - Excellent location in a quiet side street, next to the sea, restaurants, shops, bus stops are very close. In front of the hotel there is a button which you can call a taxi at any time. - An excellent new air conditioner that can be put on both cooling and heating, working independently of the keys. - The breakfasts were simple and very tasty.

I can't single out any strong flaws, the overall impression is positive. The hotel is new and with good prospects. However, I would draw the staff's attention to smoking in the rooms or in the lobby, because the smell quickly spreads through the rooms, as the hotel is small.

Rooms are not isolated, so it someone is smoking in one room, the smell of cigarettes is in all other rooms. Not a big problem if a window in a room is open but still an inconvenience. Also check refrigerators after previous guests.

Very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night before going to the airport. The room was clean. The window overlooked the yard and the house opposite. It was quite calm at night inspite of the fact that there are a lot of noisy pubs nearby. A person at the reseption was quite welcoming. I liked this hotel. It's a good value for money. But I wouldn't stay here longer than couple of nights.

Hosts are very kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the beach (5-minute walk).

The restaurant waitress/ cook was very attentive . My room was clean . The air-conditioning was new very effective . The new television gave an insight into Turkish society . Modern channels . The bedroom though basic had a modern up to the minute feel. Contemporary furnishing . Would l want to return to this hotel? In a word yes . Great location for buses , taxis , the beach promenade .

No plug in the wash hand basin made shaving and a quick refreshing somewhat tricky. More toilet paper required . A couple more hand towels . The owner/ manager did not want payment in Pounds Sterling .He gave several options . Happy with Turkish Lira .

The hotel if very new and some small things are still not finished yet. The breakfast could be better

So good and calm place, close to Konyaalti beaches, a lot of shops near, supermarket s, cafes. The hotel is new, need some women hands. Maybe will back here

No refrigerator at room, no iron, they clean and washed all at hotel without ironing, the elevator doesnt work, not all staffs speaks English. But they try to help at all my asking.

Good small hotel, perfect location few blocks to the beach, park, restaurants. Great manager. Home like breakfasts prepared for you by manager.

We don’t really like Turkish style shower combined with toilet but that is local tradition you have to respect.
