The breakfast buffet was very small and there was limited choice of food, plus not all the food was kept hot inside chafing dishes. Also, the bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The curtains were not properly attached to the rails.

Location was great. Loads of food places around. The best part of our stay was the way the hotel staff, especially Tahir, went above and beyond to help us out and make sure our stay was comfortable and we had the best price for taxis, excursions and anything else we wanted to do in Antalya. We stayed in the king suite which was great. There was a lovely sea view and it looked exactly like the pictures. It was lovely to have the hot tub in the room and the AC was great.

The hotel spa was quite expensive for what it gave. It was pretty much the same for a massage as we would pay in the UK, whereas other places were 1/4 of the price. This didn’t bother us but the bathroom area did not have a door - the room was quite big and the toilet was behind a wall but might be uncomfortable for some!

Good Location nearby to BLM beach and Main Street with many bars and Restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful also

Needs some TLC with regards to taps loose on the wall and shower was poor with no pressure. Also no balcony and view facing another apartment building

Everything was perfect! The room was beautiful, the personell were professionals. It was very clean, and the beverages were reloaded every day. The breakfast was delicious, always full and very traditional. On our last day, they let us leave our vagy for almost a whole day there. Absolutely recommend staying here.

The location was great walking distance to shops and pubs. Clean rooms, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Gave us extra blankets and pillows. After a 24hr flight the lady at check-in was very kind and afforded us an early check-in, we are ever so grateful for that. She also gave us good directions and it was easy to find our way around. Kitchen staff was also very kind and made me a special breakfast upon request. The staff will go out of their way to help. Good breakfast. Value for money.

The staff members were amazing, very polite and always ready and happy to help irrespective of the time of day. It was a pleasant experience for me and my husband coming to Antalya for the first time. The 2 people at the reception (can't remember their names though but it was a man and a woman) were very helpful. The cleaning was also great. Will definitely visit Antalya again

Exceptional breakfast using particularly healthy fresh produce

We booked a standard room but were a little surprised how small it was as none of the photos indicated its compactness for a couple. I suggest the managers’ include a photo linked to the room selection to inform choice options

The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided the towels for the beach.

The hotel its old, he needs to be refurbished, the wal of the room they needed to be painted and also the bathroom. The towels for the shower very old and sometimes with hole. It's hotel and spa, the price its higher and you need to pay for using the sauna.

The building needs a little update regarding bathrooms , and needs to have more space for sun loungers as pool area that I saw wasn’t used much .

Standard double room is extremely small. Recieved complimentary upgrade which was very nice. Spa is also very nice and clean. Staff very helpful.
