Very beautiful stone beach, clean water and well designed facilities for bady cars and kids. Very supportive hotel staff, thank you very much. Massage (additional cost) was the best massage I ever had. Thank you very much Cihan bey !

Staff talk good Russian but less English. Not so much Turksih food.. more Russian taste food. Room was well maintained but quite small. Hotel offers much more expensive fee than local transport companies for transport between Hotel and Airport.

There could be Becks and Bud on tap. there was only bottle. Room service jumps into the room without waiting response

the quality of food and drinks were great. I also really liked the coffee bar. the hotel personnel are doing really great job, they were always polite and ready to help if needed.

Hosts are welcoming and mostly efficient. Nice pool, great slides/aquapark area, pleasant grounds. we had a family suite which was spacious and well thought-out (but beware the stairs if you’re with small kids). Good variety of food. kids club personnel is great.

air conditioning in one of the rooms was broken on arrival (fixed quickly); but even when fixed it only barely manages; the room was probably 25° or so with everything turned to “max cooling”; with 33° outdoors. toilets in the public areas could use more regular cleaning. I mean, they were fine but not “5* sparkling”. indoors buffet restaurant gets too noisy at busy time (and outside is way too hot at lunchtime). Sometimes the waiters are slow with the drinks.

The hotel was perfect. We liked the location, the view 😍, rooms, spa center, the variety of food and it's main value: the staff (very polite and helpful). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

There was an issue with a view (guess, the request was not passed to the hotel in time) and the staff solved it next morning.

everything! The staff was fantastic. Mustafa, Mehmet, Simen, Musa, everyone from the cleaning lady to the front desk staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I flew from America for the first time and had probably the best vacation I’ve ever had. The food was excellent, the staff fantastic, the facilities clean and well-maintained. Overall an excellent vacation.

I visit this hotel many times because i feel so comfortable here. Location of hotel very nice, staff very helpful, have a beautiful amazing restaurants delicious foods. Have many option, the room is so clean and large. Wifi works everywhere so good connection. Animation team is so Great especially Ertaintment manager Mr. Tolga and miss Buket they are so professional. Have good activity, you cant not feel bored here. Also other staff excellent so good service, big Thanks for Cheaf Zeki, Ahmet, Dilek. Mr. Hamza, Alper, Ibrahim, Murat, Mustafa, Onur Miss Nazmiye, Yaren, Safiye, Saime, Leyla,Hayat,Selin, Leyla, Nilgün In Reception Mr. Tuna, At Guest relation desk very big thanks manager Miss Ayça, Ms. Natalia they try for your comfortable the best. Breakfast was good, but always the same. After 8 days gets kind of boring.

Restaurant had TOO MANY FLIES. Sometimes unbearable to eat. We complained, and staff did everything they could, but hard to get rid off all of them.

clean, large rooms. No pork served in restaurants. Staff very pleasant, good variety of food and desserts. Nice sea view from our room. Good spa and massage facilities.

rooms not soundproof - could hear everything from next door. Customers walking around without mask - the hotel should reinforce the rules. Heavy rain water did not drain well from the balcony, some water escaped into our room.
