Very nice appartment, with a nice pool. Nice private beach. The owner and his wife, nice people. We stayed 2 nights. To compensate for an unpleasant problem in the bathroom, the owner offered us 2 more nights for free, which impressed us. Of course, we didn't honor the offer, being in a circuit, with another paid accommodation for the next days.

Considering the pandemic period, which has long passed, toileteries were not provided. Only toilet paper. However, the owner, as a request, found and gave me a soap.

We stayed at Minta for a week for our family vacation. Everything was great. It’s definitely value for money! Room is small but ergonomically comfortable. Separate bedroom and kitchen-living room is very convenient layout for the family with the baby. Kitchen is equipped with a small cooker, fridge and necessary cookware. There is a nice balcony. The pool is great and there are no people around, there are a lot of sunbeds. There is also a 40cm pool for kids. AC is in living room only, not in bedroom, but its enough to cool the entire apartment. The staff is very nice and helpful. Marina speaks Russian and is ready to answer any of your questions. You can reach the sea in 5 min but it will be the other hotel beach (no sunbeds are provided there). If you walk about 20 min you will find the beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas for the Minta guests. We did enjoy our stay very much!

Really nice hotel-apart, the owners are very nice and accommodating. We had an issue upon arrival but it was sorted out very quickly, and in a way that went above and beyond. Generally very quiet and respectful place, good for families. Location is about 10 to 15 minute walk from the main central point, but there is plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby, and on the way to the center. There is also a nice private beach area with a cool bar and good music that hotel occupants are allowed to use, around 5 minutes walk away. I also liked that the hotel has a baby pool as well as the main one, this was crucial for us as we have two small children who cannot swim.

No complaints as the entire stay was excellent. The one issue we had upon arrival was resolved right away, which is a testament to good customer care from the owners.

It is a vert cosy place, small but clean. Stuff is very welcoming and helping on all your needs. Feels like a small family place, close to the city, nice surrounding in the hotel itself- you can sit in the evening outside. Pool is not big but enough, sometimes we were alone there at all- perfect for a family stay. Kitchen is enough for your needs. Very clean and you can also wash clothes there in the evening. Marina and stuff are super friendly. Top feedback from me and all my family members 😀

The air condition is only in the living room, not in the bedroom. But it didn’t disturb us.

Hotel is on a nice location, walking distance to the city center and to the beach, apartman is very nice and comfortable. Has all you need. Hotel has its own parking which was important to me. Staff is great, always there to help you. Big regards to Marina, Metin and Sergen.

Internet (wifi) is a bit low in the apartment, but I have my own so sorun degil :)

I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a very nice flat and we enjoyed the balcony to the max. Marina and her husband are super hosts and I will most probably come back again next year. The beach which we got for free on behalf of Minta was also great. We had many questions for our hosts and all of them were answered, we also asked for some favours and all of them were fulliled with a smile and great pleasure.

This is a great family hotel. The staff is great and friendly. You live there as at home. It is very unique experience. This hotel is highly recommended.

The way to the nearest beach goes through backyard of a bigger hotel. And that backyard is horrible. It smells badly. The beach Veranda which belongs to this hotel is great!!

Friendly staff, speaks Russian. Has its own generator, in case of electrical outage everything is still working. The hotel has access to a private beach, and beach towels are also available. The sea was great: clean and calm water.

I have only two small complaints: slow internet in my room and the air conditioner was only in the guest room, not in the bedroom (it was too warm to sleep for me).

Very welcoming and helpful staff, very good soundproof (our room was facing the street). The seaside in front of Veranda beach club where we had free sunbeds from Minta is much better than the seaside in fron of the hotel, totally worth 10 min walk. All is all, great place,
