Super family friendly resort specially for babies. Great attention to details from check in to checkout. You can spend 5 to 7 nights without getting out and you and you’re family wont get bored at all.

It will be much better to invest in the staff by teaching them english. They barely speak basic english. Specially frontline workers.

Everything was great and neatly organized. We especially enjoyed the superb shows in the Amphiteatre and the Charme Club. We’d like to thank the Customer Relations manager Leven and team for their outstanding commitment, Aminat from the staff and Zehra, Lisa from the entertainment staff.

Some staff couldn’t speak English but we managed just fine.

Rooms were really nice and clean, The food was really great and a lot of options, the Spa provides an amazing service including a massage by the pool which was device and we got lovely treats for our anniversary and my birthday. Super convenient to get to the golf courses and the Whatsapp service to communicate with the info desk to organise shuttle etc was a excellent and most responsive service

We were never really informed about the amount of maintenance that would be going on around the location, we knew a lot of facilities might be shut but not that significant maintenance would be going on especially around the beach area. That wouldn't have changed our decision to stay, just would have set expectations better. Rooms could benefit from King size beds.

Facilities are impeccable, staff very attentive, lots of options for activity. The Calos Spa is outstanding. Would suggest that tip envelopes are provided so that guests who have early check outs can leave a tip for staff who have been exceptional.

The food was great but a little more variety would have been appreciated. The same items were on the menu every day with slight variations. Didn't like that the restaurants were not a part of the all inclusive offering.

Beautiful room, good selection of food. Most personnel very friendly. The waiter at the swimming pool moving around on skeelers is a fun addition

Dinner outside was a bit hampered by flies. Further, the hotel has its processes very well designed and follows them fully. The downside of this, comes when you fall out of the standards. In our case; my daughter got sick and stayed in the room. She wanted to eat some small things, but that was not possible. We could only choose from the roomservice menu. Which didn't have healthy stuff. Getting something from the main restaurant was not possible. Another thing I didn't like / understand: I had to pay extra for a sunbed that belonged to the hotel. No clue why that is, seeing it is an all inclusive, and not a cheap one.

The employees aren’t friendly (most of them not all of them). Responding to requests is often delayed. Most of employees are not speaking or understanding English. In short, the workers are not loyal to the resort as it should be.

Sun beds by the pool are amazing- equipped with memory foam mattresses. Once you lie down, you don't want to get up!

There is no ATM at the property The al a cart restaurant Sakura has good service but lacks good food. The dishes are bad and not worth the money or the time.

Hotel is very good. Very clean. Big choice of food, all inclusive, but I can’t say it was tasteful.

Upon arrival we waited in the lobby about 2 hours after 13 hours flight. The girl who met us in the lobby had some problems with understanding English. We booked the room with garden view and paid for that room. instead we got room with parking view. Of course we were tired and wanted to lay down, but people on reception knew very well that they gave us wrong room. They offered to change it after I brought it staff attention but it was too late. We went to the store inside hotel to buy toothpaste and another small item and were charged $43. I later saw these items in the city price of these items is less than $10.
