We had a standard family room, which was quite spacious and had plenty of room for your clothes. The free mini bar is a great touch. We were lucky to upgrade to a Lake Villa during our stay which was fab!! Having a swim up pool room was a great experience for us and my 4yr old! The pool is a little colder than the other pools but once you're in, you don't notice. It's a very quiet area during the day but it was a little louder at night than where our family room was based. It didn't affect us though. The main pools are great, lots of slides for younger and older children and they are huge so plenty of room to play games/splash about. There are also plenty of loungers on the beach and the cabanas are great value for money!! A nice holiday treat! The main restaurant is fine but obviously the theme nights get repeated so I recommend trying the other restaurants too. I strongly recommend eating at the Lake House restaurant, the food was great and the service was exceptional (I can't remember the young woman's name but she was lovely!!) - try the hot cake!! The kids entertainment was outstanding, they really went above and beyond with the children and had a mini disco for them every evening. There was also plenty for adults to do and all sorts of pool activities/sports everyday and live music every night. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for all sorts of travellers and would love to go back again!! Ahmet was amazing and went above and beyond with making our holiday one to remember - thank you!!

During school holidays, there was a bit of a scramble for loungers if you weren't by the pool early enough but with a 4yr old we were always awake early so it wasn't an issue for us. It's not as bad as some hotels I've been to though and you always did get a lounger.

The place is very wonderful, the food is delicious in the restaurants, and the staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Shuaib from the rental office and the car service. He gives us the best advice regarding shopping places and making tours. He was very nice, and also the employee Sultan, who is responsible for the residents of the lake villa, she was very kind.

We spent 2 days only unfortunately. We had an early check in and 2 hours late check out, hotel administration didn’t charge additional fee. Staff is very kind and attentive, they even took care of injured cat. Wealth of choice for food, intensive entertainment and wine and fruits on complimentary basis. We will definitely repeat our stay at Paloma with our whole family!

Location is close to the city. All activity (child area, water slides, pool games, night shows, disco, garden party) is amaizing . The team is very polite. The food is diversified and cover all needs. Recomand to vizit SATURDAY BELEK BAZAR.

The room need updated, doesn’t look like a 5 star hotel.

I return to this hotel repeatedly. He never let me down.The breakfasts are great, a large selection (assortment). There is always enough food, great quality. Paloma Grida has one of the best beach bars with specialty drinks.

I have no negative findings. The hotel is almost perfect. The only thing to improve is the quality of the wi-fi connection.

The resort's concept as a village, the greenery, the lake villa and the refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day, the room service staff especially Ahmet who did everything to make us feel at home and make our stay a memorable one!

Drinks could be better.

The room could use a little bit of upgrade but otherwise, everything is just so beautiful. The character and architecture this resort has is just breathtaking taking. My walks to the restaurant and around the resort are the best.

Just a problem we had to open the wine bottle in the room. Asked 3 separate times for the wine opener but we didn’t get it till we checked out. But the free flow alcohol around the resort made up for it. Just wish it was attended to 🫶🏼
