the rooms and the territory are terrific, especially when living in bungalows. the hotel is very green, with many peaceful corners to spend time at. there are two secluded pools among the trees, all pools have a nice, beach-like entrance. Also there is a lovely coffee point at the river bench with armchairs and huge pillows overlooking the river. The beach is also super nice and all usual all-inclusive components such as aqua park for kids and huge mini-club are in place.

Food is okay but it feels like they are trying to cut costs on food. The variety is not huge and some products are intentionally made cheaper and it feels.

The resort is in a very green area that's taken care of. The kids club and it's staff is great. Also the water park The beach is clean and it's very pleasurable to swim in late September/October.

We were 3 people in the room but housekeeping insisted on not providing us a 3rd towel despite that we asked several times to pay attention to it. Had to call reception almost every day to remind to clean the room or for towels. Floor tiles in the rooms (bungalow) are dirty and we're not sure if and how often they're being cleaned. Some of the food was fine but mostly it is quantity over quality there. For a 5 star hotel for example the coffee is horrible, at least at the main restaurant where the majority dines... Guys need to upgrade to fresh beans all around the resort, that's pretty much basic stuff.

Excellent swimming pools and sauna/steam room facilities. Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. Selection of food was excellent at the main restaurant. 24hr restaurant was also very handy.

The music was a little noisy at night. Service and quality of food at a la carte restaurant (Italian) was not very impressive.

This is a family hotel with loads of different activities gor kids and adults , it have 4-5 pools and one of them is for relaxing. Entertainment team and overall staffs are friendly, you can play dart, basketball, tennis, beach volley, etc and in the evening, there are dance and music entertainment. Nila from the gym organized yoga or other fun sport activities. Food quality in overall is good, and you always find something to eat. Easy access to the beach with other water sports activities.

Most of staffs in the bar do not speak English, but there is always someone around to come and help you. The hotel is in a green area which brings loads of insects, I personally suffered a-lot from the bites during and after. Some other people might be less sensitive to mosquito bites

- territory of the hotel is superb - very green, large, with a lot of amazing places to relax - rooms and building is impressive, wooden and with bugenvilla blossoming next to your balcony - staff is very helpful and nice - beach is pretty, with palms, and a walk to it is very scenic - lots of great food spots, you will not be hungry ever, and a great diversity of cuisines

The hotel has just a few issues that hopefully are addressed: - very bad coffee quality in the main restaurant (open board) - a la carte restaurant has much better quality coffee, I am sure it is not a huge expense to adhere this across all food places. - Sunbeds at the beach - they are being "occupied" since the previous night with towels, swimming suits, books and all possible items. Everybody is then "forced" to adjust to this rule otherwise you have no sunbeds available. The hotel can implement a strict rule to prevent such ridiculousness, but nothing was done so far. - food quality in the buffet is mediocre, yet as I said very diverse - so quantity over quality

The resort is really great, family oriented. Rooms are great, food is superb, an awesome guest relations team, especially Erdi Erdem, he really went the extra mile for us, he was always ready to answer any questions we have. The reception team, Zeynel and the other colleagues were very welcoming and happy to assist, The staff are very hard working, facilities are great, the gardens are amazing, kids club team were amazing. Slides are really fun. Clean beach and the river adds a great view to the resort. 10/10. I really recommend it for families.

Amazing staff, very nice rooms (we took a bungalow where it feels like you're living in a jungle), every thing is clean, nice main pool area and other pools like the small Relax Pool in the bungalows area where no kids are allowed, there is a kids club where you can spend time with your infant, many activities like darts or water volleyball etc

Some parts of the dining area has LOTS of flies (most of the disheswere covered! It didn't bother me personally because I don't eat that food anyway (meat slices and types of cheese) but it's NOT something nice to look at regardless or to have in a respected hotel!
