it was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful

i didnt like that there was no warning that there wasnt any access to the beach. i also didnt like that when i spoke to the hotel, through booking, i was told that it was fine to check in early but when i arrived i had to pay an extra night.

I will start with the staff Everyone was very polite and paid attention not only if u need something but in general. Im thankful to the team of Olcen, Bahri, Fahri, Aysu, Rima, Nur and Mert. And also special thanks to the guy fixing out towels by the pool and helping us with our bags. I didnt get his name but he was very sweet and hardworking! I liked that the hotel is not in the center of Bodrum because that way we had space to park and also the nights were calm and not noisy as the clubs were far away. The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The pool had amazing views to opening up to the city port and the entire bay. The TV also had sports channels so we could watch the Euro 2024 games. The bar and restaurant by the pool had great choice in the menu and prices are in euro to accomodate the tourists.

I think some of the yogurts in the breakfast were spoiled but it may just have been overlooked by the staff, because everything else in the breakfast was very nice. I would only enjoy a little bit more choice of meat and salami included. Just my personal preference.

The location is stunning, very clean rooms, the staff is exceptional! Everyone is very friendly, but especially Ayhan who works by the swimming pool really made our stay feel special. Such a nice friendly person, providing great care for every guest. Also thanks to Okan at the front office for being helpful and welcoming as well as Bahri, Nur and Emir.

The breakfast was the same over 6 days, pastries weren’t that fresh. We stayed 6 days and felt like this place needs a bit of variety in the food added. It’s stated that this hotel has gym, first we were redirected to walk to another TMT hotel, but all you can find there is a few treadmills. I wouldn’t call this a gym, since there’s no machines there. Cocktails at the swimming pool for 16€ felt like a bit too greedy. If they were reasonable priced we would get more, but for 16€ it just felt like a rip off. I think the management should encourage guests to spend more, not scare them off with overpriced drinks

Breakfast was very very good. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Location was great for views of the ocean and scenery. Pool area was nice also. Easy 7 min ride to the center by car. Room was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is nice and especially so for the nightly rate, but it's very much a, pay for absolutely anything extra, situation. Fine as long as you go in with your expectations set accordingly. The employee who showed me to my room and carried my [light] backpack without me asking (which is normally appreciated as a kindness) gave me a very enthusiastic tour of my room (fine, but unnecessary) and at the end very awkwardly stood at the door and waited for me to tip him, which I did when I finally figured out what was going on. I'm not opposed to tipping when appropriate, but this was very weird and did not happen to my friend when he checked in.

We had the pleasure of staying for two nights at the Senses Hotel in Bodrum, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which provided us with a stunning view and fantastic accommodations. The hotel's unique concept sets it apart from typical hotels, offering a refreshing and memorable stay. The staff at Senses Hotel were incredibly helpful, delivering the best service we have ever experienced. At the pool, the level of attention to detail was impeccable. The pool attendant approached me during breakfast to ask which sunbed I preferred, and he even set it up for me, ensuring the umbrella provided ample shade throughout the day. The pool area boasts a breathtaking view of the marina, adding to the serene ambiance. Breakfast at the hotel was extensive and delightful, with a variety of options including made-to-order omelets. On our last day, we requested a late check-out as we found the hotel so relaxing. The receptionist graciously provided us with a complimentary late check-out, further enhancing our wonderful experience. Overall, the service at Senses Hotel was outstanding, and we will undoubtedly return for another visit.

This is my second stay in this extraordinary hotel. I don’t know where to begin with this review. Firstly the staff are absolutely amazing and very professional. The staff are the backbone of this hotel and they truly deserve the highest praise. Gokce the female waitress at the hotel restaurant is truly marvellous and she always served us with a smile and always made sure we’re truly taken off. Onur and Irem in the booking and reception team are the most amazing two people I have ever met. They both made my stay at the hotel extra special. You were always greeted with a warm smile from them. They upgraded me to the most beautiful room in the hotel. Senses hotel is truly a place to go to if you want to unwind and just relax. The hotel is very beautiful and sits on a hill that overlooks the bay. The sunrises and sunsets in this hotel are truly iconic. The hotel has variety of different modern and clean rooms , but the room I got to stay in has the most amazing balcony view. The hotel rooms are in top shape and super clean. The hotel has the most calmest vibes and I spent most of my time by the pool area admiring the scenic views. Breakfast is amazing and I enjoyed it almost every day I was there and dinner was just as exceptional. If you are visiting bodrum you should book senses hotel without doubt.

The views from our room were amazing. Very comfortable bed. Modern and spacious room and bathroom. The guys at reception were very friendly and welcoming and helped us with our bags. The welcoming drinks and cloths were a nice touch.

The girl serving at the restaurant pool area - she has long dark brown hair- was rude with plenty of attitude. We arrived late after a long delayed flight and we about to take a quick swim and she said no we cannot swim as the pool closes at 7pm. So no swim then. Then I ordered a drink called the Sandy off their menu and she said that they don’t have it. At that point we decided to rather have dinner somewhere else. I couldn’t deal with her attitude anymore.

I like everything on this hotel, it's nice experience. Staff are great, friendly and very respectful. Their food are delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for couples.

The room cleaning need to be improve up to standard a bit.

For the price i would expect cheaper drinks or a more inclusive experience. It is not a cheap hotel, and despite breakfast is included, and it was very nice, i just feel like the drinks and food by the pool were a bit pricey if you want to stay and chill, or else you will have to go out and find lunch or dinner during the night,

everything was amazing ! stagg were amazing, the pool staff are amazing, and a big thank you to Halil for never stopping and constantly running around and hecing up on us,
