The Su Hotel holds a special place in my heart. My husband and I stayed here on our first visit to Turkey 30 yrs ago when were just married and semi-backing our way through the country. While we were a bit worried that we would be disappointed, we were happy to find the hotel to be much the same. Although there have been some upgrades and building additions, the Su hotel was almost as we remembered it to be. It's a quiet and relaxing oasis in bustling tourist town. The owners and staff were very warm and accommodating. On this visit, we brought along our college age daughter and my sister -- our first stop on a 3-1/2 week trip along the turquoise coast of Turkey. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights before a 7-day sailing trip aboard a traditional Turkish Gulet. The rooms are simply furnished, but immaculate. Each room also has a private balcony or terrace area where we would often enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. There is a lovely large pool in the central courtyard surrounded by colorful flowers, tables and sun loungers. Perfect after a hot day of sightseeing. A basic turkish breakfast buffet is served every morning and the kitchen can also provide lunch and dinner upon request. There's also a bar that will stay open as long as there are guests to serve! The grounds are very clean and well-maintained. The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk to the restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife along the harbor. It's about a 10 minute walk to the ancient theater. After 30 yrs., the Su Hotel did not disappoint.

A little haven where you can totally relax and be at peace around a gorgeous pool area away from the craziness of Bodrum town but super close if you want a part of the action! The staff are exceptional with great advice on restaurants and places to visit and super friendly & hospitable. The breakfast was so delicious and had lots of different options and lots of freshly made delights. Great coffee & cocktails!

We loved everything!

Absolutely loved this delightful hotel, the colours of the courtyard and buildings, the flowers, the pool, the food and the lovely staff - it honestly couldn’t have been better and made our holiday in Bodrum amazing. Very relaxing, and a great hotel to escape to relax by the pool on a hot sunny afternoon. The staff also held a bbq for guests one evening which was great and felt very authentic. Think this is a favourite hotel of all our Türkiye travels!

Absolutely nothing - the hotel was amazing

Su Hotel was an amazing hotel and escape from the hustle and bustle of Bodrum. Everything is easily walking distance - we got the £1 bus to bitez a few times, had loads of choice of restaurants nearby and was so close to both the marina and old town. The staff were always so kind and welcoming. It’s a quiet and small hotel but was cosy and homely. As two girls in our twenties we felt very safe and we really recommend staying there.

The hotel was bright and clean. The flowers around the building are beautiful and creates a lovely peaceful natural space you want to be around. Breakfast was great, traditional Turkish, but what made our stay special was the team of staff. They're so friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Great location too. Quiet street but also only 5 minutes walk to the centre or the seafront areas.

Nothing to dislike. Just worth mentioning that the car park is a 5 minute walk around the corner, if that, to the hotel. Once you're used to the roads and the Turkish customs its all very easy actually.

This is the cutest hotel we have been to, period. Usually, hotels look much better on the pictures but this time it is the opposite, Su Hotel looks more beautiful in real life. What we loved about Su hotel: - Everything is very clean(the room, the pool, common areas etc) - pillows and the mattress are very comfortable, sunbeds as well - breakfast is delicious, we had a cheese and tomato omelete freshly made for us - common areas are beautifully decorated, with a lot of airmchairs and places to lounge and relax Our favorite thing about this hotel is lounging next to the pool, and absorbing all the beauty and smelling all the scents of the flowers in the garden. The only thing I didn’t love out our visit is that we stayed only 2 night, and not longer.

I have two drawbacks for Su Hotel. First one is that location is not ideal due to tight and dark streets leading to hotel. There is a lot of traffic and people walking, so we never felt unsafe walking at night, thou you need to be aware of the cars. Another one is lack of mosquito nets.

The property immerses you in nature the minute you step inside. It's like a hidden gem in the area. It's a family run business and the young lads are so helpful and keen to engage and assist. The rooms on the pool are heavenly. We stayed in a room slightly further away but also charming. This hotel is so close to the marina and the castle. It's such an easy walk and very practical location. We had 3 nights here to explore Bodrum. The pool has a shaded area and we managed to micro nap lazing by the pool. Super feeling when arriving after a long travel day.

Parking isn't straightforward in this area as you enter a one way system and use the Otopark. But once you're told how it works it's easy. The hotel gave us directions and we managed to find parking. I would have liked a kettle and cups in the room but luckily I brought my own travel kettle and we asked for a mug and teaspoon.

The property was a hidden paradise in the middle of a bustling Bodrum. The pool area was very well attended and it was such a delight to lounge by the pool which was well serviced with well priced drinks and food. We also ate in their restaurant one evening, with the owner popping down to the fish market in the morning to get our supper! Another evening, the owner ordered some Turkish pizzas for us so we enjoyed that pool side on our final night. When you wanted to go out - the more high end part of the marina was a short 10-15 min walk. Facilities were standard but good and the rooms were cleaned daily which was nice to come back to after a day out exploring. The staff were very attentive. We had a lovely stay and would love to come again.

It was probably more couple & family oriented which worked for us but might not for everyone!

Very quiet location, yet so close to the all the activities of Bodrum. We could walk into town in 3 minutes and to the Marina, restaurants and even to the ferry boat. The service and friendliness of the staff is hard to beat. One of the best family locations in Bodrum. Rooms were very clean and continued to be cleaned throughout our stay. Even the balconies get wiped down and swept of leaves constantly. Air conditioners were modern and worded perfectly. Food and drink service was of a very high standard including breakfast each morning with an abundance of local produce options as we as some specialities from their kitchen team. The poolside food was amazing and our 4 year old son loved the kofte and chips and had it every single day.

Carpark was a little walk away - about 150 metres.

Great pool area, very nicely presented hotel with all the plants and nice buildings. Location was great and communication about parking prior to our stay was fantastic. Breakfast was good and was available for a good amount of time. Staff were fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful.

We used the laundry service which was good value for money but took over 24 hours which wasn’t ideal. The light coming into the room at night made it very difficult to sleep and because the sun rises early it resulted in some very early mornings. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the morning when we were not occupying it - the cleaners came at about 3pm when we were in the room and this resulted in our room not being cleaned.
